Only problem is the TSA goons can’t read!

They need an Arabic version of the shirt.

It’s a cute stunt, but Constitutional case law does not find what the TSA does is a violation of the 4th Amendment. There is no presumption of privacy in the situation and a large presumption of public security - like police road stops to check for drunk drivers. Now if an executive agency wanted to do what the TSA does, to see in and through your house and its contents, and do so without a warrant, THAT would likely violate the 4th amendment.

Ah, yes, ‘case law’: says 2nd A. ‘license’ isn’t an infringement, stop-n-frisk isn’t anti-4th, growing your own food IS interstate commerce, 16th isn’t slavery...

And the wheels of the whole 3-ring circus bus go round and round, as if nothing were at issue. They get their bennies and pay regardless, damn everything else. Like pro-wrestling, they all gather behind the curtain, patting each other on the back for ‘work well done’, winks and nods.

Your presumption of ‘likely’ violation is naive, if not dangerous, vs. track-record of abuses from ALL forms of govt. We’ve gone from Republic to Democracy to (judicial) Oligarchy quite quickly.

You and I may agree on what “should be”. Unfortunately we are a long way from that and must deal with the hand we have been dealt. It will take more than a generation of always getting the right justices on the Supreme Court together with constant Conservative majority Congresses at the same time BEFORE we’d see a major change from what I laid out as the current legal state, vis-a-vis what the TSA does and the 4th amendment. Our “victories” meanwhile will be small ones, and a total Constitutional correction, to all its original meaning and only its original meaning is a hope, but no assurance the massive work needed will happen. So deal with the hand we have for now, and try to win where the priorities are now, which to me is NOT what the TSA is doing.
