Section 245 of the immigration code was suspended or allowed to expire in 2001 I believe and was never renewed. I do not know of a way to petition to normalize one’s status if they illegally entered other than 245.
Please anyone will real information share. I don’t think any avenue has been available that didn’t involve EO’s and those were temporary, there fore why he was deported after new EO’s changed the enforcement priorities.
I will be cilurious if the different factions that are disillusioned with the President adds up to enough real voters to make a difference in 20020.
The only way for illegal aliens to become legal is to return to their home country and apply for proper entry like everybody else.
And like they should have in the first place.
I think our President will win in 2020 with a much larger margin. There are bound to be some snags & wrinkles but he is making headway.
