Attorney General Jeff Sessions issued a statement Thursday on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit decision to block President Donald Trump’s travel ban executive order, vowing to take the defense of that order to the United States Supreme Court. “President Trump’s executive order is well within his lawful authority to keep the Nation safe,” Sessions wrote in the statement:
The Department of Justice strongly disagrees with the decision of the divided court, which blocks the President’s efforts to strengthen this country’s national security. As the dissenting judges explained, the executive order is a constitutional exercise of the President’s duty to protect our communities from terrorism. The President is not required to admit people from countries that sponsor or shelter terrorism, until he determines that they can be properly vetted and do not pose a security risk to the United States.

And he shows up for this issue - second tier stuff in my book. He should be going after Hillary, Rice, and many other Obama era criminals, in addition to Seth Rich investigation
Because now, these leftist judges are going to be exposed for the absolute partisan frauds that they are—by the United States Supreme Court.
They are going to be smacked down hard, the whole nation will know it, and it will be the beginning of the Democrats being ground into dust with their attempts to subvert the legitimate operation of the US government.
The backlash is going to be massive.
It's painful to bear these slings and arrows from the Left, but they are about to get obliterated by the highest court in the land, and I fully expect the USSC decision to specifically single out these lower level court for engaging in blatant partisan overreach.
In short, the USSC is going to tear each one of these Leftist judges a new asshole.
After that, the Swamp is finally going to start receding, as the Left loses again and again. Because draining the swamp will proceed apace—they will fight like dogs—and they will ultimately lose...

SCOTUS will rule 5-4 against the President with Gorsuch the deciding vote.

Why does the administration feel it is necessary to issue an executive order travel ban? Just implement restrictions that amount to the same thing. The whole thing can be tied up, legitimately, with vetting. Vetting citizens from a country whose “court houses” have been demolished is impossible.
Don’t mistake Session’s quiet demeanor for timidness. He is a man of honor and courage. He is probably been busy scoping out the traitors in the DOJ.
If I had to guess, as usual, it is going to come down to Kennedy.
Are there cases that are like this one that Kennedy has before opined?

I’m hoping the delay is because the DOJ is making such a strong case against those crooks that even the MSM cant spin its way out of the obvious....As vast as the crimes are it would take awhile to nail them all....
