Trumps use of twitter on a campaign is far different than tweeting right now.
Call up one of those lawyers and ask them why his outside counsel would tell him not to do unvetted tweets about this matter.
Any lawyer should be able to answer that question. Any lawyer that counsels him that it is okay to tweet willy nilly right now should be fired
If you really did work at a law firm then you should know campaign tweets are not the same as tweets during an investigation with a Special Prosecutor leading an investigation.

The Judiciary Committee has direct oversight of the FBI. Comey’s excuse to refuse their “invitation” is that he is a private citizen, which is complete nonsense. He’s here now before the Intelligence Committee, isn’t he? The J. Cmte. should subpoena him.

I know that pretty much all of DC is trying to destroy Trump. His tweets are one of the most crucial weapons in his arsenal. He’d be suicidal not to use them.
Trump is not the average client, btw. He knows exactly what he’s doing—~a hundred times more so than his know-it-all naysayer critics.
Who does Comey think he is that he can set protocol on when and how the President gets to talk to him? Trying to tell Jess Sessions how to do his job.

Outside counsel should be vetting his tweets on this matter right now. It is ludicrous to suggest otherwise. It would also border on malpractice to tell Trump that he can post anything that comes to his head at any time right now on Twitter.
