Modt computer files are cloned and sent. Hard to helieve that he cut them and then pasted into an email.

I think he created the memo after he was fired, in the dark of the night sent it to the professor.
Done on a laptop after Sessions had taken over his FBI computer and after he had his access to the FBI system canceled.
If I am correct, his testimony before the senate was perjury of the worst kind.
He committed libel, which is suject to criminal prosecution as well as liable in civil court.
In addition to perjury. At this stage of the game, I doubt the senate will be very kind to him if he did.
And in civil court there are very few restrictions on what the parties to the suit can ask for or investigate during the deposition process.
Which means that Trump’ lawyers can dig into areas that even a federal prosecutor is not allowed.
When and if it gets to civil court, the judge will not allow inadmissible deposed facts to be seen by the jury, but at that point the information is out there for Trump’s lawyers to see.
If, and I admit it is a big iff, my guess is correct, Comey has opened himself to a world of hurt.

If they were produced, and contradicted what he said, under oath? That’s perjury.
But, if no one can ever find them? No proof.

if they were printed on a color printer they likely carry timestamps and identification of the printer..ask reality winner about that..
