Yes, let’s all come together, hold hands, unite . . . and blame President Trump for the shooting of Steve Scalise and others yesterday. Morning Joe opened today with predictable pieties, Joe Scarborough saying, for example, that “the heated rhetoric in this country has to calm down.”
But before the show’s first hour had ended, Mika Brzezinski turned the heat up to 11 by pointing the finger for the Scalise shooting in part at the president. An emotional Mika, after accusing President Trump of “promoting violence on the campaign trail,” continued:
“I’m not putting anything squarely on the president, but I have to say that this is the new added dynamic to what is a very dangerous climate.”

Seriously, in the relm of the our erstwhile opponents on the other side of the isle ( maybe some Uni-Party R's also need to check their epistemology, but let that go ), where is:
* A DNC Chairmen full time to be the titular head of the party.
* Where is said Chairmen to add a level of comity to all members.
* Where is said Chairmen to Say No to; Antifa, Black Block, By Any Means Necessary and any other orgs that cross the boundaries of legal and decent behavior.
* Where is their William F. Buckley who told the Bircher's to take a hike, you are not wanted, ditto that RNC etc telling David Duke to do so also. Where is that person in the DNC?
Sadly the only man of comity that can take the DNC off this dangerous path they are going down IMHO is Joe Lieberman. He'd make a decent DNC Chair. For that reason and the fact he would not feed or quell their now way left of center base, it will never happen.
Sadly, they will continue to drift and cause havoc, or worse IMHO. Gird your loins...
