Ann Coulter Turns Against Trump Over Border Wall: 'I Thought He'd Help OUR Country'

Conservative rabble rouser and 2016 Trump supporter Ann Coulter is suddenly turning against the man she supported during the GOP primaries and the presidential elections. Coulter, who told voters for months (if not years) that Trump was the man who would make America great again, is now suggesting that Vice President Mike Pence would make a better president.

The final straw that caused Coulter to go from prolific supporter to critic was the Trump administration's decision not to get rid of Obama's executive amnesty:

Of course, Trump has cut regulations, left TPP, left the Paris climate accord, and added trillions to the stock market, but none of that matters to Coulter. It's all about the border wall to her. As long as Trump doesn't build the big, magnificent wall he promised during the campaign, Coulter will go after him like a lioness hunts down a naive impala.

she defended Mitt for exactly the same reason that she supported Trump. Romney sold her a bill of goods on strong immigration enforcement.

Trouble was he was lying, now it appears Trump has missed several opportunities to shut down some of Obama's worst immigration policies. She is pissed at Trump for exactly he same reason that she dropped Romney like a hot potato.

Immigrations is not just a thing, it is the only thing. Without stopping the untold millions of democratic voters invading our country there will be no America as we knew it. You can fix most of our problems with common sense but you can solve nothing if the borders remain wide open.

I will admit that Trump is more than a little busy dealing with the traitors in his own party but ignoring the immigration problem will likely cost us both Houses in the mid term, and telling us all the good things Trump has accomplished will not save us because 99% of the voters will never hear of them.

You can fix the engines and electrical system and slap a new coat of pain, on a ship to perfection but if you don't fix the huge leak in the hull the ship will likely still sink when put to sea. Immigration is the leak.

I hope she keeps shrieking, keep the wall in the news cycle. And please shriek some about the national weekly list of crimes committed by illegals. That might actually be doable and make it easier to build the wall.

I think too many on this board including Ann mistakenly equate "I don't hear about it" with "It's not happening."

Trump is the Master of Distraction. A lot of "shiny" things get railed on by the press, and when the press builds them up to a fever pitch they fall when the truth surfaces, and the media's credibility takes another hit and sinks another notch. Meanwhile, what Trump accomplished when they and other's of Trump's detractors weren't looking is the key to Trump's success.

Maybe she just though I will undo DACA on day one actually meant he would undo DACA on day one. He could have done this entirely on his own signature but he consciously did not. He also promised to move the Embassy to Jerusalem but he did not and this required him to sign an action to prevent it since legislation has been in place since Ford that requires the embassy be moved.

Maybe we should worry a little more about the leadership of the GOP all setting on their thumbs and allowing all these fake hearings to proceed with out one whimper from our so called leadership.

We have to convince him to tackle the important things that have to be overcome if we are to retain both Houses, although I am hard pressed to think why it even matters.

And what's wrong about that? Many of us voted for Trump because he was the only politician willing to state that he would fight to build a border wall. I expect him (and Congressional Republicans) to keep that promise.

Is he going to support the funding or not? More importantly, are they even discussing it?
