PM Theresa May says Finsbury Park attack was "evil" Islamophobic terrorism.
• An unnamed white man drove into people exiting a Mosque in north London in the early hours Monday morning, killing one and leaving at least 10 others injured.
• May says security at mosques across Britain will be reviewed in wake of the attack.
LONDON — Prime Minister Theresa May has denounced the attack on Finsbury Park Mosque an act of Islamophobic terrorism "every bit as sickening" as other attacks against Britain in recent months.
Speaking at Number 10 Downing Street on Monday morning, May said the attack in north London in the early hours of this morning was against "ordinary and innocent" British muslims.
"It was an attack that targeted the ordinary and the innocent," the prime minister said.
"Today we come together as we have done before to condemn this act and state an act of hatred of this kind will never succeed in dividing us.
"Like all terrorism, in whatever form, it shares the same goal: to drive us apart. We will not let this happen.
"There has been far too much tolerance of extremism in this country," May added. "That's extremism of any kind — including Islamaphobia".
The prime minister was speaking in Westminster after a man who is yet to be named drove a white van into a group of worshippers exiting Finsbury Park Mosque, north London in the early hours of Monday morning.
The attack has killed one man and injured 10 others, so far. A 48-year-old man has been arrested. The police confirmed at 6:53 a.m. BST (1:53 a.m. ET) that they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the attack.

Sounds like a backlash of Anglophobia. The mayor of London should denounce any feelings of Anglophobia in the wake of this attack. He should be pro-active and denounce it before it occurs just as he does with Islamophobia after an Islamist attack.
Now I suppose they will say that the main problem in Britain is “Christian extremism.” When Muslims do many attacks in the name of Allah, we are strictly told that it has nothing to do with Islam.
Yep, that’s where we are at with this.
Attacks by Moslems are often considered as one off, individual criminal events, unrelated to other such events, and not reported as part of ongoing assaults against the western world.
But a rare case such as this, is immediately labeled as an act of Islamophobia. And what a spectacle, to see high officials immediately dash out there, to condemn this action. They are more critical of this particular act than they have been about other Moslem terrorist attacks. What the heck????
She’s more upset about THIS than she was about Manchester and the two London attacks COMBINED!
I watched her speech in front of #10 Downing. She was very proud of the fact that the police identified the perpetrator as “White” and a “terrorist act” within 8 minutes of arriving on the scene. I thought there was hope for the UK after Brexit and she was elected. There’s not, when even she is drinking the Kool-Aid.

That is right. I am sure the authorities will anxiously discuss the threat of an anti-Anglo backlash and they will condemn Anglophobia.

That’s how it goes with a liberal mindset and political correctness.
We are told that Muslim terror is unrelated to Islam.
But, if a demented individual shoots up a black church, and has imagery of the confederate flag online, then we bend over backwards as a society to remove confederate symbols, and denounce him as racist.
If a Muslim terrorist commits an act in the name of Allah or Islam, we do not condemn it as a Muslim terrorist attack.
Consider the recent anniversary of the Pulse nightclub massacre. That event was discussed in terms of the gun control debate, and to an extent, as an attack on the gay community, as it was a gay oriented nightclub.
What is seldom discussed about that event is that the perpetrator was a Muslim terrorist. It was a Muslim terrorist attack but nobody in the media will call it that. Instead they launch into talking points about gun control.
It’s as if they will discuss any aspect of violence except how it can connect to Muslim terror.
Waiting for the rally the left will hold to preach for tolerance and understanding for middle-aged white men.
Were any of the Muslim truck drivers, van drivers, subway bombers, rock concert shooters/suicide bombers, gay nightclub shooters, etc., etc., ever described at any point in the news cycle as "An unnamed brown man ..."?

Well, it’s good to know that running over innocent people with a vehicle can sometimes be described as “evil”, depending upon the ethnic/religious make-up of the perpetrator.
Europe is in a death spiral and still refuses to acknowledge it.
The attack is a direct result of the policies of May’s government and and governments before her. Look in the mirror Ms. Prime Minister and see the cause.
