We can only hope that the Democrat party as it currently exists is doomed, but we cannot dismiss the role of vote fraud in giving them majorities in the small, heavily populated areas that they control.

Unfortunately, the “Russia-Trump” narrative seems to have taken off the focus on repairing the election system to guarantee the integrity of the election process at every step from voter registration to validated ballot counting.

Minorities didn’t turnout for a white woman like they did a black man. In my opinion the dems would be nuts if they don’t run a minority candidate in 2020, probably male because I’m not sure minorities turnout for a woman like they would a man.

(HAT TIP Erik Latranyi) This entire Democratic Party paranoia about " Russia hacking" is just a ploy.....to give the federal government control over state elections. Voters demand the logistics of Obama's DHS hacking into state election systems......the same DHS telling us "Russia tried to hack into state election systems".......the same DHS that can “plant” Russian fingerprints after hacking to confuse investigators.

The Obama Admin is on-record, conniving to get federal oversight over state elections. Obama’s henchmen have already probed Georgia’s voter database and probably have some dirty tricks ready to go.

DHS Jeh Johnson's and Obama's unauthorized attempt to breach 2016 electoral data. .... Georgia reported DHS made 10 attempts (to date).

REFERENCE Georgia Says U.S. Govt Tried to Hack State’s Computers Housing Voter Data
WSJ / FR Posted by bryan999

The secretary of state of Georgia is asking the Department of Homeland Security to explain what appears to be an attempted breach of the state’s computer systems that house its voter registration database by someone in the federal government.

In a letter to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson dated Thursday, Georgia’s Secretary of State Brian Kemp said the state had discovered an unsuccessful attempt to breach the firewall of state computer systems. The attempt occurred on Nov. 15 and was linked to an IP address associated with DHS, he said.

“At no time has my office agreed to or permitted DHS to conduct penetration testing or security scans of our network,” wrote Mr. Kemp, a Republican. “Moreover, your department has not contacted my office since this unsuccessful incident to alert us of any security event that would require testing or scanning of our network.”

“We are looking into the matter. DHS takes the trust of our public and private sector partners seriously, and we will respond to Secretary Kemp directly,” a spokeswoman for DHS said.

DHS Secy Johnson's $41.2 billion budget did not include "election activities." Taxpayers demand to know where the DHS billions are going.

Obama Administration Plotting to Usurp Control Over Elections

New American ^ | 8/18/16 | Alex Newman / FR Posted by Nachum

Under the guise of providing increased “security” for “critical infrastructure,” the Obama administration is plotting to insert itself and the federal government into the American elections process.

While voting is constitutionally the responsibility of state and local officials, Obama’s Homeland Security Secretary, Jeh Johnson, pointed to the alleged threat of cyberattacks to justify the latest proposed usurpation of power.

The controversial scheme was floated amid growing national concerns, fueled in part by GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump’s warnings of a “rigged” election, that America’s electoral system might be vulnerable to major manipulation. Critics and experts, though, warned that the White House scheming may be a first step toward illegally nationalizing the electoral process — with all the dangers that would entail.

Homeland Security boss Johnson, a leading luminary behind Obama’s illegal amnesty plot, has said repeatedly said in recent weeks that the administration was thinking of issuing a decree declaring elections to be “critical infrastructure” in need of supposed federal oversight and “protection.”

“We should carefully consider whether our election system, our election process is critical infrastructure, like the financial sector, like the power grid,” Johnson told reporters in Washington earlier this month. “There’s a vital national interest in our electoral process.”

In a phone call with state officials, he reiterated those comments, offering “help” with elections. (Excerpt) Read more at thenewamerican.com ...

Any party which owns a monopoly on messaging in the school system K-PhD is not doomed.

We are a morally ambivalent generation, growing more so every day. This is to the Dems’ advantage over time.

Yeah it seems to me they almost have to run a black man again. Maybe with a wise Latina running mate, or at least a ticket of some combo of minorities and sexes.

That is my assessment as well.

The Democrats are at their most effective (dangerous) when they are promising lots of free stuff to every group they can find.

They are at their least effective when they are attacking the Republicans.

Their base just wants to get paid—not to hear talk talk talk.

Of course when they are not in power they can’t pay anyone—that is when they start to get hysterical and turn on each other.

I WISH the Democrats were doomed.
But a party that bases its policies on jealousy and ‘free stuff’ is never really in danger of going under, even if it runs out of other people’s money.
