This is a very interesting article.
I would suspect that there may be a few times when people are turned away from taking this weaponry tour, if they seem too eager, too manic, or just suspicious. Hopefully, the owner has enough staff to help him run this large facility.

Look at how clean and organized the displays are, at least in the photographs. That likely means he has to trust people to clean or maintain these armory displays without ‘finding’ souvenirs here and there. Maybe there are cameras always switched on.
