The biggest problem is that the persons making the decisions to allow these illegals to be in the area are NOT the people paying out the money related to this article.
Maybe if the persons on the City /County councils had to pay out the money from their own pockets , they would think a bit longer about their actions.
Another cse of spending other people’s money. I lived in California for over 40 years. Left & won’t go back.

The people paying out the money are the voters who need to get sufficiently incensed to change the local government. If it is totally Democrat/Negro controlled then there is no hope for them and no sympathy for them either. Fantastic. When the other sharks start circling these cities, their citizen are going to howl bloody murder when they realize how insane this policy is. A US city is paying a criminal for not protecting him from the consequences of his crime. Just awesome.
