Growing Pile of Data Shows That Voter Fraud Is a Real and Vast Problem
ds ^ | June 30, 2017 | Jason Snead

Posted on 07/03/2017 8:33:39 AM PDT by george76

This week, The Heritage Foundation is updating its Voter Fraud Database with 89 new entries, including 75 convictions and a slew of overturned elections and civil fines targeting vote fraudsters.

With these latest additions, the database now documents 581 cases of proven voter fraud and 848 criminal convictions.

Heritage’s database proves not only that voter fraud is real and ongoing, but also that it is not isolated to any particular state or region.

With the addition of cases from Nebraska and Oklahoma—two states previously unaccounted for in the database—Heritage now has documented proof of electoral fraud in 47 states. This truly is a problem that spans the nation.

The evidence is mounting, and it is incontrovertible—yet many liberals still refuse to acknowledge the gravity of the problem, or even admit that it exists at all. Voter fraud-deniers paint election integrity efforts as little more than smoke screens for “voter suppression.”

Their political games have consequences: By opposing or seeking to overturn commonsense measures like voter identification laws and efforts to clean up outdated and inaccurate voter rolls in the states, liberals are actually making it much easier for fraudsters to steal votes and for corrupt politicians to rig elections and negate legitimate votes cast by eligible citizens—effectively disenfranchising them.

...

election fraud frequently goes undetected and unpunished, inviting future abuses of the system.

It is long past time for states to seriously tackle the issue of election integrity.

Reasonable reforms, such as requiring voter identification both at the polls and when voting absentee, entering into interstate programs to cross-check voter rolls for duplicate registrations, and purging voter rolls of deceased voters and noncitizens will help to protect the integrity of the process and ensure that American elections accurately reflect the will of the citizenry.

According to The Heritage Foundation Voter Fraud Database, California had 22 voter fraud convictions since 2001, the most recent one was scheduled for sentencing on May 22, 2017, but the sentencing has been delayed to August 2017.

The RAT governors squealing and protesting like Liberal airhead Jerry Brown are proof positive of how much voter fraud is out there and they know it!!

It isn't just the blue states. Even Texas is only giving the feds part of what they asked for.

This is more of a states rights'issue than a partisan one.

I have advocated for a national day of voting holiday for a long time. (updated and revised)

1. Election day made a national holiday. Everyone gets the day off. Everyone REQUIRED to show picture ID.

a. There would have to be provisions made for essential personnel, police, fire, hospitals, etc. (NOT for Walmart etc.) .....Details.

EVERYONE votes on election day during the same period of time.
(minor exceptions for Hawaii and any other far flung places). ....Details

2. The polls open and close at the exact same “moment” nationwide. (Still in line at closing time? Tough shite, you had all day.)

a. By the clocks, times would be different across the country because of time zones, but everyone would be voting during the same “time frame”.

You only have about 5 hours to vote now, for many working people. Let’s say 1 hour before work, 1 hour at lunch, and 3 hours after work. That’s only FIVE hours instead of TWELVE and almost everyone else was in line trying to vote at the same time as you!

Polls in the east could open at 10 am and close at 10 pm. 12 hours of voting, should be enough.
Polls in Alaska could open at 6 am and close at 6 pm.

You’ve got all day instead of trying to squeeze it in before work, during lunch, after work. For most of you, 8 hours of your voting day is now spent at work, unavailable to you for voting.

Later in the east, earlier in the west. Hours available for actual voting would have to be shortened (only by 4 hours in NY), BUT everyone has the day off. No 6 pm to 9 pm after work/dinner crunch.

If overcrowding at some polling places could occur, create MORE polling places. ....Details.

3. Make it illegal for the press or anyone else to release ANY voting data before the polls have CLOSED.

Remember, ALL polls are closing at the exact same moment! No way for one state’s results to influence another’s.

NO EXIT POLLING! They’ll just have to WAIT for “ACTUAL RESULTS”, how droll.

NO EARLY VOTING! Absentee ballots should only be used by the infirmed, active duty military, overseas citizens, etc. You know, like it USED TO BE.

No more Florida 2000s where Dan Rather et al, caused the election debacle in Florida, falsely declaring Gore the winner in Florida, when the polls were still OPEN in the Panhandle, a Republican stronghold.

Note: I used to think this was just a F*** up (Foul up), but with what I know today, I’m convinced it was a deliberate attempt by the liberal media to throw the Presidential election to the Democrats.

Bonus: You might have to or want to take your kids to the polls. A VERY teachable moment! Make voting a FAMILY affair. Train up the youngins to VOTE.

Bonus: You could have voting parties, rallies, get togethers. You could go to the polls together. (designated drivers). Undecideds, fence sitters, not fully committed, voters might attend your gatherings. It could be a chance to sway a few more votes your way. Take them with you to the polls!

Election day may well be the most important day of the year for our country. We DESERVE fair elections, devoid of FRAUD.

Big cities, probably not. But in our rural district only about 5-15 ppl die a week. The obituaries are in the local papers. Pretty simple.

Something I wrote a while back:
These two laws were passed in 2015.

From California State Code:
AB 60 Drivers licenses for illegal aliens.
Quote:
“SEC. 10. Section 12801 is added to the Vehicle Code, to read:

12801. (a) Except as provided in subdivisions (b) and (c) and Section 12801.9, the department shall require an application for a driver’s license to contain the applicant’s social security account number and any other number or identifier determined to be appropriate by the department.
(b) An applicant who provides satisfactory proof that his or her presence in the United States is authorized under federal law, but who is not eligible for a social security account number, is eligible to receive an original driver’s license if he or she meets all other qualifications for licensure.
(c) (1) An applicant who is unable to provide satisfactory proof that his or her presence in the United States is authorized under federal law may sign an affidavit attesting that he or she is both ineligible for a social security account number and unable to submit satisfactory proof that his or her presence in the United States is authorized under federal law. This affidavit is not a public record.
(2) The submission of this affidavit shall be accepted by the department in lieu of a social security account number.
(3) This subdivision shall not apply to applications for a commercial driver’s license. The department shall require all applications for a commercial driver’s license to include the applicant’s social security account number.
(4) Nothing in this section shall be used to consider an individual’s citizenship or immigration status as a basis for a criminal investigation, arrest, or detention.”

NOTE: THIS MEANS THE ILLEGAL STATUS IS NOT REPORTED TO THE SEC. STATE

Under this law, an illegal alien can get a DL by signing an affidavit that the DMV is obligated to accept AND obligated not to report. Following passage, approx 600,000 illegal aliens gained DLs in 2015 alone.

Now, couple that with this other law: AB 1461
Quote:
“2262. (a) The Secretary of State and the Department of Motor Vehicles shall establish the California New Motor Voter Program for the purpose of increasing opportunities for voter registration by any person who is qualified to be a voter under Section 2 of Article II of the California Constitution.
(b) This chapter shall not be construed as requiring the Department of Motor Vehicles to determine eligibility for voter registration and voting. The Secretary of State is solely responsible for determining eligibility for voter registration and voting.

But the DMV is forbidden from sharing the info with the Sec State, per AB 60 (see above). All an illegal alien needs do is sign that they are, indeed, able to vote on the DL registration.”

Quote:
“2265. (a) The records of a person designated in paragraph (1) of subdivision (b) of Section 2263 shall constitute a completed affidavit of registration and the Secretary of State shall register the person to vote, unless any of the following conditions is satisfied:
(1) The person’s records, as described in Section 2263, reflect that he or she affirmatively declined to become registered to vote during a transaction with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
(2) The person’s records, as described in Section 2263, do not reflect that he or she has attested to meeting all voter eligibility requirements specified in Section 2101.
(3) The Secretary of State determines that the person is ineligible to vote.”

This section means that if you get a CA DL, you are automatically registered to vote, unless you affirmatively decline, or the SecState finds you ineligible with info the DMV can’t share BY LAW.

Quote:
“2268. If a person who is ineligible to vote becomes registered to vote pursuant to this chapter in the absence of a violation by that person of Section 18100, that person’s registration shall be presumed to have been effected with official authorization and not the fault of that person.

2269. If a person who is ineligible to vote becomes registered to vote pursuant to this chapter and votes or attempts to vote in an election held after the effective date of the person’s registration, that person shall be presumed to have acted with official authorization and shall not be guilty of fraudulently voting or attempting to vote pursuant to Section 18560, unless that person willfully votes or attempts to vote knowing that he or she is not entitled to vote.”

This is the “Get out of jail free card”. If caught voting, an illegal aliens simply needs to say they didn’t know it was illegal for them to be registered by the DMV, and that they thought it was all legal to vote when they got the voter info in the mail.

Quote:
“18100(a) Every person who willfully causes, procures, or allows himself or herself or any other person to be registered as a voter, knowing that he or she or that other person is not entitled to registration, is punishable by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170 of the Penal Code for 16 months or two or three years, or in a county jail for not more than one year.

18560.
Every person is guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170 of the Penal Code for 16 months or two or three years, or in a county jail not exceeding one year, who:

(a) Not being entitled to vote at an election, fraudulently votes or fraudulently attempts to vote at that election.

(b) Being entitled to vote at an election, votes more than once, attempts to vote more than once, or knowingly hands in two or more ballots folded together at that election.

(c) Impersonates or attempts to impersonate a voter at an election.”

So, I dunno if “millions” of illegal aliens voted in California. I do know that it would have been easy to do so, and nearly impossible to cross check eligibility without the SecState going out of his way to do so, with court orders to open up DMV records. Like that will happen. Who voted for AB 60 in the CA Senate? Alex Padilla. Who is the current SecState of CA? Why, Alex Padilla. So,when Alex Padilla says there is no evidence it happened, that is true. Because gathering that evidence is illegal by the law he passed and avoided by the office he now holds.

I believe the Executive Branch of the USA may get clearance of Federal Elections to investigate fraud.

Enter Jeff Sessions.

The system is utterly corrupt. The solution is to prevent states who do not purge their rolls and cooperate from voting in the federal elections.

Donald needs to have DOJ look into forty-one states' refusals to handover voting data to Trump's Commission on Voting Integrity. There could be wrongdoing afoot. Could mean violations of several laws....and a RICO conspiracy by state officials.

(A) many states vigorously advertise their voting data for sale;

(B) the states certify the data is authentic and usable;

(C) the state take money for the data.

DOJ needs to consider full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) because:

<><> (1) tax-paid state personnel

<><> (2) were employed by a publicly-funded sales enterprise,

<><> (3) that engaged in, and/or affected interstate commerce,

<><>(4) the tax-paid persons colluded to operate and manage the enterprise

<><> (5) through a “dedicated pattern” of racketeering activity,

<><> (6) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.

“This entire Trump Commission On Voting Integrity is based on the
specious and false notion that there was widespread voter fraud last
November,” Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe...”

=================================================

REFERENCE---Voter fraud 'much more widespread' than Virginia, Pennsylvania;
Trump 'not prepared' to deal with illegal onslaught

Oct 2016, WND

A new report by a national watchdog organization found evidence of major voter fraud going on in Virginia and Pennsylvania, but the problems are likely affecting many more states, says the group’s leader. The same organization that uncovered fraud in Virginia and in Philadelphia – the Public Interest Legal Foundation – is also filing lawsuits claiming voter fraud is taking place in Broward County, Florida, and in Wake County, North Carolina. And, WND has learned, an investigation by a separate watchdog group in Maryland has uncovered major irregularities there.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation’s report found more than 1,000 instances of illegal immigrants or non-citizens being registered to vote in just eight Virginia counties. They cast nearly 200 ballots in elections before being purged from voter rolls. The other 125 counties in Virginia did not provide data, so the problem is much more widespread than the small sample would indicate, said attorney J. Christian Adams, who represents the foundation.

Attorney J. Christian Adams: “It’s not just these two states,” Adams said. “These are just the two states we focused on.” Most states fail to purge their voter rolls of non-U.S. citizens – those here illegally and those here legally but who are not citizens, said Adams. The problem is getting the data. Refusing to crack down

Adams, a former U.S. Department of Justice lawyer who authored the book “Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department,” said states have plenty of tools they could use to purge their voter rolls of fraudulent voters, but they refuse to use those tools. One of the tools is the jury-duty process. Persons who register to vote get placed in the pool of jury duty applicants in most states, but it’s only when they get a notice calling them to serve on a jury that many will then admit they are not citizens. There are methods of cross-checking the jury duty rolls, as well as the driver’s license rolls.

“I wish Virginia was doing that,” Adams said. “The governor vetoed legislation last year that would have required it.” So how were the illegal voters caught in Virginia? “These people lied when they got a driver’s license, their license came up for renewal and then they told the truth and it set off a flag,” Adams said. Basically, they turned themselves in.

The foundation’s report shows the majority of fraud consists of non-citizens lying on voter registration forms, saying they are U.S. citizens when they are not. Federal law makes this a felony, but offenders are rarely prosecuted. States all use the same voter registration form, which places them on the “honor system,” essentially taking the word of the applicant that he or she is a U.S. citizen when they check the box declaring their citizenship, Adams said.

“We have to be on the honor system because of the 1993 National Voter Registration Act, also called the motor voter law,” Adams said. “It’s a federally mandated form.”
