Of course, you are right about the woman not going outside. This was a case for the RKABA, for sure.
Call the cops and, if nothing is happening, they will leave. If there is a problem they will intervene. No reason for her to even be there since she SAW nothing.

I don’t get the impression she was looking for attention at all, I get the impression she was frightened and concerned about the woman she heard. You know nothing about this woman and her texting habits etc. Looking at the stories of her life I can see no need for her to be a drama queen. There are people that believe they should step up to the plate and try and help she seems to have been one of them.

Are you naive enough to believe in the “Just World” hypothesis so that if you can convict her in some way of being an attention whore or a new age phony she deserved to be blown away for approaching a police car with an open window and you who are pure will be safer?
I've seen nothing in the news from or about him. I find that to be extremely interesting.
And that is what they do.
Civilians should do the same thing in those circumstances.
They would keep details like that secret for as long as possible.
