In his mind, McCain probably does think this was simply an issue between him and Trump. Never mind all the folks across the nation having to deal with the failing Obamacare. Scoring points against Trump, that’s where it’s at for McCain.
McCain should have been kicked out of Congress for his Keating Five escapade.

The MSM is desperate to celebrate this as a major Trump defeat.

What a pathetic headline, but it's Reuters, so it's to be expected.
In the end, Trump's President and McCain is a play-pretend commander-in-chief that travels over the world acting like he could get elected to anything greater than lowly U.S. Senator.
