We knew you would get screwed by the Red Chinese and that perhaps, unfortunately, maybe you had no choice but to give them one chance at least, even though it would lose us about four months of critical time in dealing with the NK missile threat.
How many of us on FR and elsewhere were very cautious and did NOT sing the President's praises, but knew full well he was walking into a trap and that he would simply have to learn by his mistakes and get good screwing? Who around him advised him in this direction, and why did he choose this approach initially? Sorry, as it turns out, this was not "3-D Chess by the Grand Master" after all....
