“.....risk a political nightmare in next year’s elections.”.........

It is highly possible that there will be some major players who get “dumpted” for their failures and ineptness. Time to DEMAND term limits. They get what they earned!

Mitch needs to remove the No Voters from their chairmanships, it should be backed by all the Yes Voters. There should be consequences for a failure of this magnitude.

-—Lawsuits against every politician who voted against the repeal. Make them pay.——

That isn’t the way it works...

You vote them out of office...

You can’t sue a politician for breaking a promise...

I guess you could waste your money if you want to try...

Should be the next constitutional amendment - no member of government is exempt from any law.

Because the next things (issues) these congress critters focusing on will be dear to their own hearts (not to say, their own wealth), i.e., to screw real Americans twice over.

The GOP has never wanted to be majority party Most (not all) are cowards by nature. A coward would rather be a loser.

“Not our fault, blame our ‘friends across the aisle.”

GOP - Party of Can't. We tried but can't because:

1-Dems have Congress & White House
2-Only have the House
3-Have House & Senate but Obama still POTUS
4-Have House, Senate & White House but need 60 seats in Senate

Never short on excuses, are they?

Plus (not breaking news) GOP loathes conservative base and hates Trump

Obamacare itself is the “epic fail”. The GOP effort to repeal this turd has been pathetic, but eventually government health insurance will collapse or both parties will come to their senses and flush the turd.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., simply said: “It’s time to move on.”

Isn’t it pretty obvious the reason McConnell delayed the vote til McCain could come back was that he already knew McCain would vote no?

The one really dumb thing they did in their ability to evade responsibility is to pass the Russia sanctions by an overwhelming majority. Of course Trump will sign it. They just bought the NK problem by severely limiting his diplomatic maneuverability.

There is smart lazy and there is dumb lazy. Our GOPeers are dumb lazy.

The GOP would “fight” to lose tha majority if Hillary was president. The GOP is designed to be “authorized dissent,” not “authorized direction.”

The GOP is willing to throw the 2018 Mid-Terms and allow themselves to be in the minority, in hopes of Democrats throwing Trump out of office.
