James Damore, the Google engineer that was fired for writing a memo criticizing the company’s diversity policies, said in a Thursday interview that Google employees publicly criticize people based on race and gender in meetings.
“You can openly shame white people or all men [at Google], and we do this in our company-wide meetings,” Damore said. “There’s definitely a bias toward certain movements.”
During the interview with the Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro, Damore claimed that Google firing him for pushing “harmful gender stereotypes” only revealed the company’s overblown emphasis on diversity, denying allegations that his memo had pushed “harmful gender stereotypes.”
“They’re putting their ideology before truth,” Damore said. “When one side is just trying to guilt you and call you names, and the other is actually using evidence and science, you know which one is actually seeking truth.”
Damore also claimed diversity issues are often exaggerated at Google, citing an instance of a female employee who complained on message boards of not feeling “included” at the company. The woman had posted a question “that had something to do with gender,” Damore said. Her post received 300 votes, only 50 of which were “down votes,” but she nevertheless claimed that one in six people disagreeing with her was enough to make her not feel welcome.
Damore claimed Google’s obsession with diversity is so pervasive that “it may definitely be biasing who they do business with.” He said he only used scientific research in his memo and never claimed that women were biologically worse than men at tech jobs.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai explained Damore’s firing in his own memo, claiming that Damore had pushed “harmful gender stereotypes,” but Damore claims the company is vilifying him. “Since I’ve written it there have been many people that privately message me and say that yeah I support you and yeah this is a real problem,” Damore said.
Not just some distant North Star that is a map for our self willed efforts however.
Yup they’re spittin into the wind.
Christ always rakes in the chips. “Religion” — which is centered on men — never will. I stand 100% by what I said — not by what you style me to have said. It is to make music at the direction of Heaven’s conductor, not to play my own songs when and as I personally and privately wish. Each crescendo, each cadence, comes at the motion of His baton. Follow that and you will always win.
And to further elaborate — all these figures did was to astutely fill in the vacuum left when Christ faith faded by man’s sin into “Religion.”
And yet the bible gives me the ace. He who profits unjustly will store up riches for him who will pity the poor.

When the hell is there time left to train to fight? Do they actually go to the range and blow things up anymore? Glad I didn’t have to put up with that crap, I would have walked out of a class that was indoctrinating like that. I was going to say that ain’t my Fathers Army but it isn’t even mine.
The additional point here is that these schemes of men do NOT pity the poor. Any more than any worldly communist system does. Instead it unjustly builds up an elite. When it all comes tumbling down, the Christ filled and directed man, the one who really did and does pity the poor, will rake in the chips. The others brawled their chips away.

There’s zero evidence of the American left raising an effective fighting force. Mobs, yes. Soldiers, no.
The two recent examples of the left raising an “army” was the Lincoln Brigade and the communist agitators who split out from the Bonus Army march and attacked the police in Washington DC.
In both instances, the left’s “army” was annihilated.
What we don't have is the will. Who are the people breaking windows, smashing and burning things right now? It's not us. It's them. And that's a pretty good indication of where they're willing to go.
And we don't have all the guns. They've got plenty of guns as well. This is America. Everyone has guns.
If the bullets ever start flying, people on the right are going to be surprised at how easy cold-blooded murder comes to leftists. They shouldn't be. History has demonstrated that left-wing "revolutionaries" are very skilled at murdering people and lose little sleep over doing so.
But we are a long ways down the road from that. The left has learned (and conservative complacency has helped them along) that the best way to keep people in line is to take away their ability to earn a living.
This guy at Google will never work in the tech industry again and all his "supporters" who he mentions learned to keep their mouths shut if they want to keep their jobs. It's like that for most of us. The opinions we share on Free Republic would get us fired if we shared them at work.
Correct all around. And most LEOs and military will absolutely follow the orders that come with their paychecks, and those LEOs and military have plenty of guns and ammo. And don’t forget the guns and ammo possessed by even the most improbable federal employees in the departments of Ag and Education and in the EPA.
I nuked Google as the default browser on all our computers after they fired the guy.

This guy had just filed a discrimination complaint with the National Labor Board against his employer, then turned around and wrote an inflammatory memo which he distributed throughout the company. Turns out, that is one of the few ways you can go after your employer in California and you don’t even have to prove that you were actually discriminated against.
His co-workers are overwhelmingly white and male, so it seems a little odd that a bunch of smart white men with an overwhelming majority are going to be so badly outflanked as to be beaten up on by a small minority of women. Does that sound right to you, because in my experience that just doesn’t happen, even if they had Hannibal in a skirt!
Sounds like a very good reason to get the Justice Department anti-discrimination prosecutors involved.
Google needs a good Legal hammering coming from the direction of the Government.
Google also needs to be the subject of an anti-trust prosecution.
That would be a suicide move for anyone who attempted it.
Given that homosexuals and other kooks make up about 1.8% of the entire population, this statement reduces down to "normal people."
Mentioning anything other than "normal people" is statistically insignificant, and therefore it is an attempt to push a political agenda to even mention anyone that is not normal.
Liberal areas are cities. Nowadays cities must be feed by a bloodstream of pipes, wires, rails and roads. Disrupt the blood flow and the city starts to die.
It doesn't take all that many people to disrupt the blood flow to modern cities.
