In 2016 while the Democrats swept all statewide races and Congressional races the “Trump effect” took hold in the local races for the state house and senate.
As a result the legislature just overrode the governor’s veto and stopped many years of state “affordable housing” initiatives from spreading into the suburbs.
Trump made that happen—and everyone in the state can deny it as loudly as they wish—but that is the simple fact here in the belly of the liberal beast.

Strangely enough, on the surface it seemed like the half/caste kept shrugging her off.....as she pursued him w/ a vengeance.
Distilling the info, one concludes, D/W/S was a willing "doer of tasks," but the Royal Idiot had to give the appearance that they were not connected.
The Pakis could not have (A) gotten security clearance, (B) gargantuan salaries, and, (C) gotten visas .....without some pretty high-level help.
The grotesque salaries could be one way D/W/S and Hill Democrats got paid off........via campaign contributions, kickbacks, wire-transfers, and the like.

It never occurred to me, but I'm sure you are right. One thing I noticed on her Wikipedia write-up was the scant mention of her husband and family.
She is married to someone named Steve Schultz. Apparently an unremarkable person whose only claim to fame is marriage to Debbie. I was expecting to see that he was a partner in a law firm or brokerage house. Apparently not.
She herself has a degree in Art. I'm sure she live well, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were overextended financially.
