Yeah, you’re right. All the places where I have taught or gone to school get zilch from me. The current employer gets some since it’s the most sensible of the places I’ve been.

I tell them that they and I had an agreement 30 yrs ago...I pay you tuition, you educate me. They got their money, I got a diploma. I considered it a fair deal then, and still do now. I don’t owe them another dime, and frankly, they don’t need it.
