Yes PR is US....they make certain we are continually reminded of that every time something goes on there that requires money..... However they do flood most of the time....so Hurricanes will always do damage there.
National guard already activated in Puerto Rico..... almost 500 emergency shelters have been set-up ahead of Irma.
