Waco Day 844: Noon Pacific
The Aging Rebel ^ | 9/6/2017

Posted on 09/07/2017 5:07:52 AM PDT by Elderberry

So now, after stalling, twisting and strangling justice for 844 days and snickering about it, the scalawags who run Texas’ Third Administrative Judicial Region appear to have decided that this Casie Gotro person is begging to be put in her place.

Gotro, as many or most or all of the McLennan County jury pool already knows, is not from Waco. She is from Houston which the Lord God recently washed for its wickedness. Somehow Gotro survived His wrath. And not only is she not from Waco. She is the impudent malapert who is attempting to clear the reputation of known Bandidos Outlaw Motorcycle Gangster Jake Carrizal after, as is well known, he ordered all his gangster associates to murder nine people and maim 20 more in plain sight of a pole camera and very many surveillance cameras, dash cams, lapel cams, video capable smart phones and a couple of squads of Texas Rangers dressed up like Delta Force. On a Sunday!

All that just happened to be there. McLennan County prosecutors have cogently argued that only some of it deserves to be believed.

Pre-Lynching Scheduled

Carrizal’s pre-lynching is scheduled to begin next Tuesday. Gotro is trying to screw that up. She has been whining and complaining for months about the judge who will preside over the pre-lynching. He is an honest and honorable man named Ralph Strother. He is a fine and successful Texas politician who sees the young Tom Cruise when he looks in the mirror except on those occasions when he sees Jesus. He is a local. He is a good old boy from who went to Baylor, frequently refers to his victims as “you all” and who ran unopposed the last election. He is now finishing up his long and distinguished career.

Gotro – which may not even be an American name – had the audacity last Friday to file a recusal motion. It had something to do with the Honorable Judge Strother not forcing the people’s prosecutors to turn over evidence that would just becloud an open and shut case; and him not reading her motions; and him not liking to have somebody write down his words when he makes decisions and when he explains his legal reasoning with “Because I can.” The Honorable Judge Strother is a can do, take charge individual. So Gotro wants him fired. He is not going to quit. He is not a quitter. He started this lynching and he aims to finish it.

Timely Rulings

Gotro filed her recusal motion last Friday and there are a couple of things about recusal motions. First off, any law professor will tell you they are a waste of a piece of paper. And, if they are going to work they usually take months.

Of course there are always exceptions. Three other smart-ass lawyers filed recusal motions against the Honorable Judge Strother back in June. The motions were referred to Third Administrative Judicial Region Presiding Justice Billy Ray Stubblefield. In due course, because everybody in Texas has known for six months that this Carrizal gangster is supposed to be lynched first so there was no hurry, Justice Stubblefield assigned the matter to Judge James Morgan.

Then lightning struck. Possibly Morgan got drunk and had a fight with his wife and got bit by one of his dogs. He actually kicked the Honorable Judge Strother off the the three cases just last week. Maybe somebody slipped him one of those funny cigarettes. Sometimes crazy things just happen, like when that statue of Lady Justice on top of the McLennan County courthouse got damaged and they had to take it down and now they still haven’t put up the big, bronze, roulette wheel the district attorney ordered to replace the first statue.

Let’s Meet Dan

Gotro intentionally threw a monkey wrench into the whole lynching when she filed that recusal motion. Like the last time, this recusal motion was referred to the Honorable Justice Stubblefield. This time he was more on top of things. People have been looking forward to this pre-lynching. Reporters and other cynics might be disappointed if this pre-lynching doesn’t start on time. Why, right now in Los Angeles there are probably reporters thinking, “Wow. Who needs the surf break at 26th Street in Manhattan Beach? Wow! Waco in September. What could be better? Amarillo in August?”

Just yesterday afternoon, the Honorable Justice Stubblefield appointed the Honorable Dan Mills, a former judge from 2005 to 2009 in the 424th District court for Blanco, Texas, which is a jurisdiction that was created in 2005. Mills is a fine judge and a good looking, patriotic man as you can see from his photograph up at the top of this page. He spent 19 years, twice as long as he served as a judge, as a federal prosecutor in the Western District of Texas where he concentrated on cases involving bank fraud, securities fraud, mail and wire fraud and public corruption.

Don’t worry about those public corruption prosecutions. Mills was available for his current important duty only because he lost an election in 2014 to the Honorable Evan Stubbs who accused the Honorable Judge Mills of “voter fraud, bank fraud and falsifying governmental records.”

Judge Mills immediately scheduled a hearing on Judge Strother’s recusal for tomorrow. The hearing can legally proceed only if Gotro agrees to it. Texas law requires that all the parties to the motion hearing be given at least 72 hours notice.

That is what happened in the Waco, Texas Twin Peaks restaurant Biker Brawl case today. So far. Maybe there will be a pre-lyncing starting next Tuesday after all.

There is no script. This is a very simple, very typical criminal trial, where the D is trying all sorts of media tricks to tilt the potential jury pool in their favor.

In addition, the D lawyers are using the media coverage as a marketing tool for their practices.

But, remember, this is Texas, rural Texas and BS doesn’t work there.

Oh, there very definitely is a script. Limited, Modified hangout. It has been used for over 100 years. Maybe longer.

Look. I like most Texans. I grew up in New Mexico. I KNOW Texas. Most of the state is 100 feet above sea level. If it weren’t for BS Texas would be the size of Rhode Island. THATs how much BS is in Texas. LBJ was from Texas. Believe it or not DAN RATHER is from Texas. Need I continue?

Outside of a mountain Texas stole from New Mexico and a few hills around Austin Texas is flatter than a pool table. Geographically Texas is as boring as hell. What is the drop on the Brazos? Something like 8 feet in 800 miles? For crying out loud, you can SEE Lubbock from Odessa.

Sure a few rich folks have giant ranches and a lot of rich folk have great places to live but the bottom half of the income distribution in Texas aren’t living a great deal better than ghetto rats. I will say this in your favor. You guys love Texas and that is a great thing. People should be proud of where they are and what they are up to but let’s not get carried away about how “great” Texas is.

Like I say, I understand Texans. I wouldn’t brag about New Mexico and I grew up there. Hell, New Mexico is just Texas with mountains. I understand the whole pick up, guns, Friday Night Lights. For crying out loud, I could load my guns in my F150 and drive over there right now and you wouldn’t be able to tell me from one of you. I even have my triple beaver Stetson and boots in the closet. I talk like you. I have even had people ask me where the hell i am from with the “Howdys and Ya’lls”.

So don’t start up with the “no BS in Texas”. Hell I grew up listening to storytellers whose entire point was they are full of it. You gotta realize that what we know today as “A Texan” was a reaction to the SJW of 100 years ago. The Wobblies and such. The progenitors of the Dan Rathers. I think that is a damn good thing. BS ain’t always a bad thing. Anything can be a tool for good. So Texas is full of it. That’s great.

#1, Texas is not 100 feet above MSL. It’s 500 in Dallas and increases to 3600 in the Basin.

#2, This not about Texas. This is about the fools and motorcycle dopers (but I repeat myself) who think these dope- dealing gang members/murderers are somehow being railroaded and/or are going to get off.

Trials are being delayed by the D, as they always are. Trials will be held. The motorcycle scum will go to prison for a very long time.

End of story.

OK, you hate bikers. We all get it. Step back for a moment if you can.

Try this, remove the “biker” demographic and put any other group in. Is what the police did still acceptable? Realizing as the years fall off the calendar that what appears to be the case IS the case that whatever happened there was something that TPTB do NOT want to be realized. So where does that leave us? We have now come to a place where large scale extrajudicial killing is OK? Not that I am averse to that. There are some people who wish to begin extrajudicial killing of black people for being black. Is that OK now? There is some overlap with folks who wish to begin extrajudicial killing of Jews. Is that gonna be OK now?

You seem to be so fixated on “bikers have to go to prison” that you can’t face what has actually happened here. From what I read bikers don’t seem to care about prison. They have half their gang there and run their enterprises fine from there. Just like the black gangs, just like MS13 and the 18th street gang. Like you, I think criminals belong in prison but prison should be prison not drug rehab with weights. Prison should be a place NO ONE would want to go. But it ain’t.

But “prison” and “bikers” are irrelevant here. The point here is that the gummint and the police screwed up and they are covering it up and getting away with it. If that doesn’t bother you, as Jordan Peterson says, “...you need to back up and re-evaluate your moral compass...”

Now that’s what I like about Texans. No hesitation to say “F*** you.” And I am not being sarcastic. If Texas wasn’t so damn flat and boring I could live there and be just as happy as a clam.

That's a GD Lie and we all know it. You flock to this thread more that TG does for the opportunity to put down all of Texas. I Don't know why I've been maintaining this thread after don-o got disgusted and left. I'm now to that point myself. You apparently get such a hard-on spewing on this thread, so You're IT. I hand over the Reins to YOU. Have at it, or don't. I really don't care anymore. I'm done.

The reason I come to these threads every time is to point out the real issue here for folks who don’t seem to get it. Big gummint. I thought that was what freerepublic was supposed to be all about.

Sorry, but totally wrong.

I am a biker. A 2014 Gold Wing.

I am not against bikers, just drug-dealing scum that make and sell methamphetamines to kids. You don’t have a problem with that, do you?

I don’t want to put biker scum in prison, unless they sell meth to kids, etc. If they want to live life unbathed, that’s their choice. You would agree with that, would you not?

I do want to send murderers to prison, however, and I don’t care of they ride Harleys or drive Maybachs. No problem here either, yes?

My idea is very simple: Shoot up Waco, or any town in America, and consider it lucky that you even made it to jail.

See, we’re in total agreement!!!

Where we differ is just who did shoot up the place. So far the behavior of the gummint and the autopsies indicate it was the police. If that doesn’t bother you, maybe it should.

Well, my entire point. Limited, modified hangout. It is an admission of guilt. And that is what you are seeing here.

No disrespect, but let’s stop using cutesie terms here.

I.e. “Modified limited hangout” and all the other terms that no one other than Hollywood scriptwriters have used in the last 40 years.

Here is the bottom line: 9 people are dead.

All the typical conspiratorial BS notwithstanding, the drug-dealing motorcycle gangsters shot them. Those gangsters deserve to go to jail for a very long time.

They will.

"Where we differ is just who did shoot up the place. "

--------------------------------------------------------

In a blink, it started, he said: “Two punches: One from them, one from us.”

A Bandido with a patch identifying him as sergeant-at-arms of the same chapter threw a punch at Richard Matthew Jordan II, 31, known as “Richie,” who was from Pasadena, Tex. Jordan punched the guy back.

“At that point in time, the sergeant in arms shot Richie point-blank,” the Cossack said.

Police said Jordan died of a gunshot wound to the head.

“Then all the Bandidos standing in the parking lot started pulling guns and shooting at us,” he said. “There were maybe 60 or 70 of us in the parking lot. . . . We took off running. We scattered. Three of our guys went down instantly. They caught a couple more that tripped and fell, and Bandidos were shooting at them.”

He said that the second man to die was Daniel Raymond Boyett, 44, known as Diesel, a “road captain” in the Cossacks from Waco. Police said that Boyett died from gunshot wounds to the head.

The third man down was “Dog,” whose real name is Charles Wayne Russell, 46, of Winona. Russell’s cause of death was listed as a gunshot wound to the chest.

These threads are about 200 gangsters coming to a family plaza on a Sunday for a shootout!

ROTFLMAO! It is not about bikers ... it is about gangs.

And your trying to make gangsters into good guys is pitiful.
