San Diego County’s hepatitis A outbreak shows no signs of slowing, according to the latest update released Tuesday by the county Health and Human Services Agency.

John & Ken were just talking about this on the radio. Seems the homeless used to take their dumps in plastic bags. But since the tree huggers banned plastic bags, the homeless just crap on the street or where ever & the Hep A is spreading.

Lovely.

It’s crazy isn’t it? We can send in dudes with power wash systems to hose down the streets and sidewalks, but we apparently can’t do anything to stop fresh batches of you know what from being deposited by homeless, so the cycle keeps repeating.

You mean letting "homeless" mental patients crap in the streets is actually not a good idea?

Is this another great cultural opportunity that people living in big cities are always talking about?

My Son and I were sitting in a rental car in a parking lot at a grocery store in Kauai.

Not one, but three guys walked over to urinate in the trees by the parking lot.

We gave that spot an official Hawaiian name....

Man-He-Peepee.

It’s starting to become clear how large cites in the past were abandoned. It’s happening before our eyes, they’re all gonna get sick from an outbreak and die.

Washing the street down with power hoses that aren’t Lysol-heavy spreads the bugs farther and wider.
