Bernie Sanders will be 80 years old in 2020. He can campaign against the system that made him rich but he won’t run.

“Should be an indicator of sorts.”

Half of the country is psychotic leftist, and California is off the deep end with more than half of the population psycho-lefty and with talk of secession by many of them.

Once they declare themselves the People’s Republic of California, they can pretty much consume themselves and not be an affliction for the rest of the country.

(Same for New York; full of subversive lefties hell-bent on power and domination.)

IMHO

Just reading the “Crazy old man” headline I had to click to see exactly which crazy old man Democrat it was referring to.

It’s hard to gauge this topic. What is the real perception in the minds of today’s youth.

Along with the tendency to eat fare less meat, some of our youth are also becoming conscious of other aspects of morals.

I realize this flies in the face of the ANTIFA/BLM segment of our society who have no morals at all, but some of our youth today look down on a number of things, one of which is abortion.

Hipanics also look down on it.

As I said, California may surprise you. About 40% of the state is Conservative. Couple their votes with some of the Left who look down on abortion, I think we’ll be surprised at the size of the vote supporting the elimination of abortion.

As I said, “This should be an indicator of sorts.”

Under the right circumstances, on the right issues, the citizens of California can surprise you. They voted against homosexual marriage in November of 2008, the same election that brought Barack Obama to power.

Go figure... (it actually surprised me)

Was shot down by federal courts. Probably the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals...

“It’s hard to gauge this topic.”

Imho, California has been a mecca for psychotic, macho-man Progressive geniuses, (along with many other places) whose mommies have always told them they were brilliant and that everyone else would be their slaves.

They’re atheist punks with no sense of fairness, no sense of decency and a hatred of anyone with religious faith, especially Christians; their future is moving toward authoritarianism headed by them and them only.

As Mr. Marx said, in his religious zeal, Marxism is inevitable.

Add the Bolshevik revolution to the gauge calibration and the gauge would be right on the mark every time in every analysis.

IMHO

Ripley, if I am wildly off base here, this initiative should verify it.

Therefore this should still be a revealing vote.

It will prove me right or wrong. I don’t have a problem with that.

I don’t mean to be contentious, but when dealing with Progressives, leftists, ow whatever one may call psychotic beings, they can be relied upon to vote with the rest of the lemmings who travel in leftward circles.

That vote in 2018 will probably go down to defeat because the psycho-leftists remain true to their core beliefs, that is,
whatever they’re told to think by their human gods.

IMHO

(P.S. When is vote? Thanks)

In my initial comments on this thread, I touched on the people going vegan, trying to save the planet, concerned with protecting the climate, and wanting to contribute to charities. (I just added more groups there)

They are conscious of certain issues that have to do with “moral” stands, whether they comport to mine or not. Recent polling seems to indicate that these same folks are seeing abortion as very negative.

I first broached this subject by saying it would be interesting to see how this breaks out.

I addressed it for being what I think will be a revealing vote.

That’s still how I see it.

As a follow-up, here is a report on Mellinial Views on abortion.

Thanks for the survey.

When will referendum (?) take place in 2018?

Looking forward to it.

Just itching to see if California millenials fit the survey.

Will they vote individually or how their particular cells dictate.

IMHO

If he gets the signatures, it will go to a vote in November of 2018.

I am not predicting a win, but we may be surprised.

The state is about 40% Conservative. I’m not convinced they are a lot to vote against abortion. If we can take a block from the Left and add it in, we may get more votes than would seem possible.

A few years back, I wouldn’t have predicted more than about 25-33% to vote for something like this.

I think our lot has improved since then, so I’m quite curious to see how it goes.

So am I.

Good Luck.

(Going to be looking for it.
