The poster was being sarcastic I suspect. Based on how the author credit, Orwell 1984, reads. Amazingly though Orwell predicted exactly what would happen in Korea as North Korea split and Became INSOC always at war with the US. Cuba, China, Soviet Union and many others.
He fought in the Spanish civil war and wrote a book about it called Homage to Catalonia. And currently the Catalan separatist movement is in full swing, anfd being fueled by US tourist dollars, which you could call a soft revolution.
