Read an article that said the kid sent a similar letter to Obozo and got some form letter back, and no invite to do the job.

I saw a tweet about liberals being OK with 10 year olds making “gender” decisions but not mowing lawns.

Good. This is family apprenticeship.

You may not work for someone in the trade, but you’ll know a lot about doing your own projects.

My grandfather taught me quite a bit about carpentry, electrical wiring, and plumbing.

It’s not tradesman level knowledge, but as I said, you can accomplish a lot of your work around the house without having to call someone in all the time.

Should have used a manual mower, harder to use and cuts down on carbon footprint—than what would the NY Slime/Crime have said?

My grandfather taught me quite a bit about carpentry, electrical wiring, and plumbing.

I have fond memories of learning carpentry from my grandfather. He helped my dad upgrade his house with additional rooms built in the basement and attic for me and my siblings. That experience helped me in getting part-time jobs during high school in construction, and has served me well remodeling my own homes and having my daughters help and learn from me.

Now I'm showing my granddaughters tips about building and making things with tools. Kids are never too young to learn how to do work. Plus I make sure they learn safety when using tools, despite what that fool reporter says you can teach kids to be safe.

I was steering the cultivator following the Ford tractor my uncle was driving in eastern Montana. How old was I?? About eight. One of the best memories of my life.

After DJT and the reporters and cameras left the scene, a long black limo pulled up and a guy comes out and walks up to the kid.

"Hey, kid. You union? No? Well, I'll tell youse what. When I leave, youse will be. Yuh say no? Well gee! I woun't want anyting to happen to dat nice mower, yuh hear? We know where youse keep it. So, be a smaht kid and give me $50 as a down payment on yer foist year of union dues! Atta boy. Hey! Why you cryin? That's all youse got, huh? Tough shit, son. Union guys doan cry. I'll see youse nexx month."

The young man has a work ethic which means he won’t grow up to be a Democrat. That’s what has them wound up.

Michelle Obama had children helping her take care of her garden.
Is that child labor?

My son was 11 when he starting mowing lawns but he charged $25... He was 11 in the mid 80s...

How big were those lawns?

I was mowing lawns in 1980 for $20 and that was on average 4 acres.
