Cops are hailing a 22 year old kid as a HERO for confronting the suspect and egaging him in a physical confrontation whereby the shooter shot himself, possibly by his own hand or by the hand of the hero.

If you can afford it, move to Williamson County, just south of Nashville. Property is high there, but the schools are excellent. Crime is much lower than Nashville, too.
From some of his posts, he was also a bodybuilder. They tend to be extremely narcissistic about themselves. That would partially explain the “Become the creator” post.
Good luck with your hunt. For a big city Nashville isn’t bad and it’s pretty conservative. My parents lived there for a while when my brother was in college there. I’m just a small town girl. The main thing is to stay away from Memphis. Memphis is the only place in Tennessee that I have ever felt unsafe. Also, Nashville has one of the best hospitals in the country with Vanderbilt.

I believe that as well...God uses the willing....and he can make giants out of them in the moment! This young an will forever be changed after this heroic move.....
He went to Smyrna High School less than 10 miles away and probably knew the area. This little church is off the beaten path and he probably chose it because it was secluded. Also, it is in the very southeast part of the county where police response time would be slower.
Word is that he went to the congregation a few times a couple of years ago. Don’t know exactly how that plays into the story.

I just don’t see buying property here in CA when really ANYTHING could happen here to overturn the rights of property owners in favor of the Welcome Illegals and Refugees etc. And the whole water thing.
