You do not want this. Implant placement and maintenance is an art. Yes it is! I had failed implants replaced by good implants. Pay the extra money and get the best oral surgeon you can find. That way, you'll get the best result and only have to pay for it once.

You would think that in this day and age they could find a non-metallic ceramic or plastic that would be more compatible with living bone tissue and just as strong as any metal. Or at least strong enough for the purpose.
