Whats your opinion for why Oswald killed Officer Tippit? Are you positive Oswald did it?

Oswald had been at work at the Texas Depository the morning that Kennedy was murdered but was gone when the building was searched right after Kennedy was shot.
Two people witnessed Officer Tippit stop his patrol car to talk to someone in the Oak Cliff neighborhood and saw that someone shoot Officer Tippit. Three other people saw the shooter fleeing the scene after the gunshots. In a police lineup four of those five witnesses picked Oswald out as the man who shot Officer Tippit.
Seven other people saw Oswald between the Oak Cliff neighborhood and the Texas Theater where he was arrested. He had a revolver on him at the time of his arrest.
So Oswald had been at work in the Texas Book Depository the morning that Kennedy was shot right in the front of that building. Oswald had left the building sometime before it was searched. Oswald wasn’t at lunch, a plausible reason for not being there, although the majority of people wouldn’t miss the chance to see a President. Instead Oswald was miles away in a movie theater on a workday, missing a Presidential motorcade passing right in front of his job, with a handgun consistent with the weapon that had killed Officer Tippit.

Democrats killed him. Probably LBJ.
They are all in on it. Those files have been cleaned long ago.
To: yarddog
he was shot from the front not the back.

Like I’ve said before, there’s 10000000% a conspiracy to keep the “JFK/Camelot myth” alive.
Like clockwork, there’s a “new” batch of “previously unseen” photos/files/artifacts”, etc. that’s “discovered”. Some “new” “news” story like this gets “reported”. Something. The Boston Glob, like clockwork, engages in this propaganda at least twice a year.
Pathetic, coordinated attempts to recreate what never was: A successful presidency.

Why would I want to rehash fifty year old material that’s been flogged in every conspiracy book ever written?
I mean I don’t deny that some witnesses at the scene contradict the majority. Walther was simply wrong. She inaccurately located the owindow she saw on the wrong floor, and the other witnesses said there was only one man in the window, not too. So we’re supposed to go with the outlier?
As for Mark Lane was a communist and I liar. He misrepresented Markham’s testimony.
The following is excerpted from David Belin’s NOVEMBER 22, 1963: YOU
ARE THE JURY.
“I spoke with the deponent, the eyewitness, Helen Louise
Markham, and Mrs. Markham told me—Miss or Mrs., I didn’t ask her if she was married—told me that she was a
hundred feet away from the police car, not the fifty feet
which appears in the affidavit. She gave me a more
detailed description of the man who she said shot Officer
Tippit. She said he was short, a little on the heavy
side, and his hair was somewhat bushy. I think it is fair
to state that an accurate description of Oswald would be
average height, quite slender with thin and receding
hair.”
So I’ll pass on more conspiracy nonsense.

Do as you please but don’t expect other people that see inconsistencies and events that don’t add up, that we have to drink the spoon fed government kool aid. I guess to people like you, we need reeducation if we think the government would lie to us (eye roll).

More than Obama or either Clinton or any number of Bushes or Ted Cruz would have?
Not likely.
Besides, what is it that we still don't know about the assassination?

No thanks. I prefer modern forensics over some theory of a monk that lived 670 years ago. Of course when all the evidence wasn't preserved (like the car), disappeared like JFK's brain and who knows where the completely intact magic bullet is, even getting to the truth now will not be easy. "According to the single-bullet theory, a three-centimeter (1.2″)-long copper-jacketed lead-core 6.5×52mm MannlicherCarcano rifle bullet fired from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository passed through President Kennedys neck and Governor Connallys chest and wrist and embedded itself in the Governors thigh. If so, this bullet traversed 15 layers of clothing, 7 layers of skin, and approximately 15 inches of tissue, struck a necktie knot, removed 4 inches of rib, and shattered a radius bone. The bullet was found on a gurney in the corridor at the Parkland Memorial Hospital, in Dallas, after the assassination. The Warren Commission found that this gurney was the one that had borne Governor Connally. This bullet became a key Commission exhibit. Its copper jacket was completely intact. While the bullet's nose appeared normal, the tail was compressed laterally on one side. " I guess you believed old Teddy's story about Chappaquiddick too. How about the Clinton's and Obama? Do you always believe everything they say? Johnson was a dimocrat you know and the one thing a dimocrat does well and consistently is LIE. Now, I don't really give a rip about the Kennedy's. The only think I care about is THE GOVERNMENT TELLING US BOLDFACED LIES and when they get away with it, they keep doing it. You on the other hand are a curiosity as to why you and some others always jump on a JFK thread and defend the government to your death. Mocking people that aren't buying the BS as gospel. Why? What's in it for you? Before you say something snotty about this being one big paragraph, it wouldn't let me separate my paragraphs this morning, so take it up with FR.
