CBS vice president who threw away her career is very sorry about it

Hayley Geftman-Gold, the now fired CBS lawyer who was until yesterday a vice president in their strategic transactions department, has become the poster girl for ruling-class progressive hatred and condescension toward working-class whites. With two Ivy League degrees (Penn undergrad, Columbia Law) to her name, standing as "an officer of the court" in the New York State Bar, a powerful position in shaping the future of a major media purveyor of news and politics, an entrepreneur husband[i], and a fashionable Brooklyn Heights address, she is clearly a member of the ruling class, junior division.

She presents herself professionally as attractive, poised, clear-eyed, and serious (no makeup):

She is reflecting the echo chamber she lived in—CBS.

The emphasis is on BS. :-)

Just what we have come to expect from the young people who are products of the American school system where toeing the liberal line and repeating the talking points like a parrot gets you the rewards and the good grades and the degrees from the system!!

IDIOT!!

Was she at the Javits Center when the world turned to hell for Hillary enthusiasts?

No, she was not. She threw a block party at a Brooklyn intersection of president street and clinton street.

I posted about it.

She never recovered from the election. To wit:

Brooklynites Held a Block Party at President St. and Clinton St. on Election Night (Updated)

CARROLL GARDENS, BROOKLYN — Not two blocks from a packed polling site in Carroll Gardens, pro-Hillary Clinton voters — and who in Carroll Gardens wasn’t with her, in the end — were tickled to discover on Election Day a pair of intersecting street signs in the neighborhood that pointed toward a historic victory for the Democratic candidate.

Two local filmmakers, Amanda Zinoman and Hayley Geftman-Gold, even planned a block party at the intersection of President and Clinton streets from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday night.

A good time was had by all. Everyone went home at 10 p.m. on orders of the NYPD, Geftman-Gold told Patch.

A mere two hours later, as the clock struck midnight, a Donald Trump presidency was looking more and more probable.

“I’m curled up in a fetal position at home,” the event organizer said. “I’m crying into my laptop,” this reporter replied. There wasn’t much else to say.

I don’t think she regrets her comments and wants to take them back.

Words that are that strong and vituperative are usually not those of someone who has spoken off the cuff in a brief fit of anger. In her, they are deep-seated and true.

If you read the chain of comments beneath hers, there’s at least one other person (for sure) who feels the same as she does. I can’t extrapolate numbers but there are a lot more Hayley’s and Erin’s out there.

“... could publish such poorly thought out sentiments”

Simple, she lives in a world without any conservative viewpoint.

For all the “diversity” the left pushes, the one thing they do not allow is diversity of thought. It is truly our way or the highway.

I have no doubt she really believes what she wrote. She has nothing but hate for “Repugs”.

The left do not support their views with any argument, only with hate filled demonetization of those that get in their way.

I truly pray she uses this as a wake up call and reflect on her core beliefs. Maybe she will come out of this dark time a better person.

“THis is the same loser who was cited in a local news article in Brooklyn last year. She had organized a block party in her neighborhood for Election Day evening ... at the corner of President Street and Clinton Street in Brooklyn. “

I would have paid good money to have been there-——it must have been VERY funny.

So Sugartits is sorry about what she posted? Stevie Wonder blindfolded can see how disingenuous her meaningless apology is. As far as her possibly throwing away her illustrous carreer,

Maybe she can perform the same sex acts to get her job back, that she obviously engaged in to get the job in the first place.

She’s sorry for her career, not for the people she insulted, or those she directly hurt. She deserves everything she gets.

Her career is fine. She'll be back on her feet once the dust settles. Everyone she knows agrees with her.

Her statements were only intolerable to CBS because she put them in print. Otherwise, within the confines of the boardroom and the executive suites, she spoke for the majority of the staff.

You can read about it here. LOL.

It's funny how the article describes the party in a euphoric, optimistic tone ... but then had to get updated as the evening wore on.

"I'm curled up in a fetal position at home," the event organizer said. "I'm crying into my laptop," this reporter replied. There wasn't much else to say.

LMAO.

America's elites need you as consumers and debt slaves, but otherwise, they truly hate you.

They think they could achieve Utopia if you would just get out of their way.
