Not because I am vengeful, but because 1) its a serious crime, but especially 2) these men become living political symbols and agitators, as this one is doing now.
1.) You are in prison. Your constitutional rights have been revoked. The rights you are now afforded are at the behest of the state and governed by certain guidelines, laws and a bit of human decency.
2.) Only US citizens are afforded the benefits and protections enumerated the US constitution. Be happy you are not serving you sentence in Cuba.
Finally, I hope you are enjoying those underwear bombs that the other inmates share with you?

He’s in Solitary, so he’s not experiencing this aspect of prison.
Other than that, you’re right that he no longer has the Rights enjoyed by law-abiding persons.

If any of us were in a Saudi prison, or some hell hole prison in some Arab/Muslim country, how much would our rights be granted, our rights as “infidels” or non-Muslims?
Who the hell is educating him about his so called constitutional rights? Why would he do this?

Solitary with white supremacists? Next he’ll demand a harem. Why is he even there using up our oxygen? His oxygen should have been turned off after the trial.
From what I’ve read about the treatment of prisoners at Gitmo, sounds like that is where he wants to go.
