Eight people were killed and 13 were injured on Tuesday afternoon when a motorist intentionally drove a truck onto a bike path in lower Manhattan in what authorities are calling a suspected terror attack.
-- The rampage came to an end when the driver crashed into a school bus and got out, brandishing a paintball gun and a pellet gun, according to police.
-- The sole suspect, identified as 29-year-old Sayfullo Saipov, was shot in the abdomen by a police officer and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
-- Investigators have since been able to talk to Saipov, who is expected to survive. It’s unclear what, if anything, investigators learned from him, though one official told ABC News the suspect seemed “proud” of the attack.
-- Investigators spent the overnight hours collecting video and still images from traffic and surveillance cameras along the route of the attack, sources said. Those images show that Saipov drove carefully and at moderate speed until he entered the jogging path and accelerated; investigators believe that suggests the suspect knew where he wanted to begin the attack. Authorities are pouring through toll records and other digital records to see if Saipov had scoped out the location beforehand, sources said.

The same judge that covered up the Uranium One crimes ruled that Trump can’t deny immigration from terrorist hotbeds because Trump retweeted something about using bullets dipped in pig’s blood - which this judge claimed proved he has a religious bias against Muslims. Apparently providing a disincentive isn’t “Constitutional”.
Maybe that judge should get a dose of his own medicine, and it should be ruled that people who kill judges will be punished by being placed on the bench themselves with the ability to overturn all the dead judge’s rulings. Because it would be unconstitutional for the judicial system to have a bias against judge-killers, or to provide punishments/consequences that would destroy their reason for wanting to kill judges in the first place. If providing disincentives based on the motives of the criminals is unconstitutional, as this judge claims, then he should get a dose of his own medicine.
Of course he is happy, proud that he killed non-believers! His sins are forgiven and he his guaranteed heaven in his next life. What joy can be greater than his joy who has actualized his Islamic faith and lives exactly as Allah’s great prophet!
