Where is the gentle and meek Jeff Sessions on prosecuting Senator Paul’s attacker under 18 U.S. Code 351 (e)? Huddling quietly in his office waiting to see what his Deep State staffers’ instructions are?
A few years ago, I refused to see a specialist after the first visit. I arrived, and overheard a man ranting in a very hot-tempered way over the ‘phone about being over-scheduled; and it turned out to be the doc. He was apparently highly competent and well-liked by some; but you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression.
And that was a relatively small thing. Whatever happens to him legally, this Boucher is toast professionally.
We have an avowed socialist attacking a Constitutional originalist Senator.
We have an ISIS soldier killing innocent Americans on a bike path.
And we have an atheist killing Christian church goers.
And we American, Constitutional loving, church going Christians are supposed to be the insensitive ones.
Sessions was very public with his statements on Charlottesville. Where's Jeff on this?
Boucher hasn’t practiced in years. Did a header off of a bicylce and is on disability. Dude is a loose cannon. Needs anger management. He and Senator Paul are political opposites. This will only trigger Boucher. Dr. Paul may need to think about moving.
So, will he have some sort of ‘diminished capacity’ defense?
Preliminary charges while awaiting further investigation. Should Paul die murder charges would follow.

Depends on judge. Assault 4 is a misdemeanor in ky. One year max. Boucher’s 1st offense. He’ll get probation. Busted ribs might change things some. I tell ya. We are living in crazy times. This shit is startin to sound like civil war.

The guy is divorced so that hopefully takes out some personal vendetta involving the spouse, so the good news is that Paul can sue this guy in civil court. I don’t think his insurance will cover him.
