The first I ever heard of Trump and Russia was at the second debate. She brought it up seemingly out of thin air. There is no way she didn’t know it was in the works already.
I cringed when Trump encouraged Russia to find Hillary’s missing emails. I think that is when the idea was hatched to frame Trump.
