Rush was trying to figure out why the country was undergoing the current firestorm of sexual accusations against men. Most of the facts are not new but are now being brought forth by women from all walks of life. My theory is that Hitlery’s election loss was the catalyst and, following the loss, the feminatzis had to blame someone or something other than Hitlery. What they settled on was to blame all males for not getting behind and supporting the country's first woman to run for president. They have declared war on all men and intend to use their strongest weapon - sex - to make all men pay by a thousand cuts.

AFAIK...there are NO rumors re his present wife "cheating on him", so perhaps you need to rethink that one.

The woman whom he was married to, when he became national, and they moved to NYC, had a REALLY good reason to divorce him and I bet you don't know what that was; but I do.

Instead of going to the great restaurants, museums, theatre ( and yes, Broadway was still producing great shows back then ! ), and even just the extremely fascinating historical sites that that city has, Rush refused to do ANYTHING at all! He just sat there, in their apartment, glued to his computer, ignoring her. Oh sure, the better he did, the more famous he became, and the more money he made, he moved up ( got angry at the decorator they had engaged, because he hadn't gotten a handle on things NYC back then ) but that marriage wasn't a marriage at all.

Yes, over the years, people do change...they're supposed to grow closer; not farther apart, over the years!

And as far as Rush is concerned, his wives have seen the WORST of "male nature" !

And yes, you should be able to "judge" how that relationship will be through the years, unless something horrible happens that changes one or both parties.

Sadly, many people marry for the wrong reason/s, do NOT truly know the person they do marry, and/or don't take marriage seriously anymore and believe that it's something out of a movie/fairy tale/book, that doesn't take any kind of work.

[Clinton] is accused of having made a gross, dumb and reckless pass at a supporter during a low point in her life. In other words, Clinton took "no" for an answer.

In her original story, Jones essentially said the same thing. She went to then-Gov. Clinton's hotel room, where she said he asked her to perform oral sex and even dropped his trousers. She refused, and even she claims that he said something like, "Well, I don't want to make you do anything you don't want to do."

Her lawyers now allege that as a result of the incident Jones described, she was slighted in her job as a state clerical employee and even suffered long-lasting psychological damage. But there appears to be little evidence to support those accusations. As with the allegations in Willey's case, Clinton seems to have made a clumsy sexual pass, then accepted rejection.

I like Rush and listen to him almost every day but he went nuts today with his talk about female sex robots - the kind guys on FR want and can’t afford.

I know all about the time he spent in NYC - hating it, etc. I was amazed at how terrible he decorated his NYC apartment! I never heard cheating rumors! His second marriage he chalks up to going deaf and the alienation that brings. And his third? I guess it is OK - never heard cheating rumors there either.

I guess he’s a workaholic which can damage a marriage. But 3 times?

Why do you take general comments personally? When women say "kill all men," I don't take it personally. I just think they're incredibly stupid, and pray they never sucker a man into fathering a child, not that they'd want to keep it. Unless the guy has money, and they keep the kid and weigh anchor into the guy's wallet.

There were and still are many things to do and see in NYC, that don't cost anything; yet Rush did NONE of them.

He was earning big bucks, by anyone's standard,at that time, so spending money for something wasn't the problem! Yet he had NO interest in doing any but sitting at his computer and/or "preparing" for the next day's show...which, truth be told was far better back then, than it has been in decades.

And with your attitude about money and not paying attention to a wife, I doubt that you are in any kind of happy relationship.
