Punishments may be in the next world, but he is exposed and if you ask any victim what they will tell you is, first and foremost they want to stop the chain of abuse. That has now already happened, Conyers can’t get away with this crap any more.

P.J. O’Rourke didn’t come up with the title “Parliament of Whores” out of a vacuum.

If Democrats had any sense of decency whatsoever, the DNC would remove Conyers from his powerful ranking committees, and pull all financial support and pending tax funding from Conyers (and Franken).

Probably these radical Left, anti-American, Progressive Democrats intend to re-run the old Slick Willie Clinton defense of political sexual predators, and I quote:

"What a person does in his private life has no bearing on the performance of his job in public service."

REALITY CHECK: it's not private when it's on our tax dollar and the "personal business" is being conducted while they're doing the peoples work in the people's house on the people's dime.

=====================================

NOTE Fifty percent of American voters think Sen. Al Franken should resign over allegations of sexual misconduct against him, while 46 percent said he should be expelled from the Senate, according to a poll released on Wednesday. (hat tip The Politico/Morning Consult survey)

John Conyers STOLE $27,000 to pay hush money... media missing the story
“If the woman dropped her complaint and signed a legal document attesting that Conyers had done no wrong, and if she agreed never to disparage him or make subsequent claims, she’d be re-hired as a temporary “no-show” employee and paid $27,111.75 over the course of three months. She accepted the terms.”

Forget the sex, Conyers embezzled $27,000 to bribe an accuser.

They settle the matter in court. Doesn’t that mean everything’s okay now?

At minimum, his “office budget” should be cut by 75%. He obviously has a slush fund large enough to cover his misdeeds.
The Taxpayers must demand their money back from these frauds.

The problem is they’ll play this by government rules. Oh he did it but he’s paying back the 27000 so all is good. If it were you or I the 27000 would be ordered paid back after we were sentenced to prison.

Is water wet?

I see you didn't ask, "Is the Pope Catholic," because these days, many aren't sure.

Ron DeSantis‏Verified account @RepDeSantis I’m working on legislation to unseal settlement records, bar use of tax dollars to pay claims against members & staff, prohibit members from using office budgets to camouflage payments (a Conyers rule) & require reimbursement of the taxpayer. http://redstatewatcher.com/article.asp?id=106612

ethical minority is why I call them the race of professional victims and affirmative action. They aren't accountable for much of the evil they do. Whining about how mistreated they are is status quo for them.
