I am so jaded about the media lying and selling fabricated stories that it crossed my mind that this was pre-planned as well. Thats so bad, but considering the history of the media, its only rational that an aware person would consider it.

Did you watch the video? He got up walked over to her and made the person sitting next to her move out of his way. You don't do that on tv unless you want the spotlight.
Why are we paying to have someone wheel him around? He can afford (his Congress paid health insurance can afford) an electric one with a toggle so he can get him self around. If he’s so far gone he can’t manage a toggle, he shouldn’t be on the floor of Congress making legislative decisions.
