About that Page/Strzok ‘insurance policy’
American Thinker ^ | December 14, 2017 | Patricia McCarthy

"I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy's office - that there's no way he [Trump] gets elected - but I'm afraid we can't take that risk,"  writes FBI counterintelligence officer Peter Strzok to FBI lawyer Lisa Page, with whom he was having an extramarital affair while spearheading both the Clinton email inquiry and the early Trump-Russia probe, adding, "It's like a life insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40."  (March 4, 2016)

It does raise an eyebrow....but I'm more inclined to go for an illegal tap on Trump and friends.

Too bad Trump doesn't have time to read them...he could pick out something that couldn't be known unless he was tapped.

They may also have attempted to take out POTUS
other ways.

WHY ARE THEY IN POWER AND HUMAN RESOURCES?
WHY ARE THEY AT LIBERTY WITH CLEARANCE?

Why not just promote Hasan to the FBI?
It would be more honest, would it not?

I’m no expert, but I’m pretty sure the NSA monitors ham radio. You can listen and remain anonymous, but if you converse, they know.

I am 99.999999999% certain you are correct.

I am amazed that any rational person can see the chain of events that led to where we are today and still believe in Sessions. If he isn’t in on the attempted coup, Sessions sure gives a good imitation of someone who is. After all, he’s the lynch pin in all this.

Steele is the man who provided the dirt on Trump via his pals in Moscow. Then Mrs. Ohr got a Ham radio license! The NSA would be hard pressed to capture those conversations. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure the NSA monitors ham radio. You can listen and remain anonymous, but if you converse, they know.

I'm guessing they monitor it all - and only 'pull' the stuff they need. Well, unless these sh*ts are still working for white liberal elites RATHER THAN WORKING FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. In which case they'll pretend not to have the information.

The IG means absolutely nothing. He covered for these crooks before and will not hesitate to do it again. The only reason the IG is mentioned is to buy more time for the coup. Why aren’t these people removed(at the least)? The answer is because Hillary is still calling all the shots and buying people to act for her. I feel sorry for Trump. He is a good man and doing much good work. As far as the Deep State he is hamstrung by many. He needs to declare emergency order and have the military take out the Deep State, Hillary and Obama. nothing less will do.

Why does anybody think this guy who is lying to his wife is beyond lying to everyone else. The concept that a FBI agent can have political views without affecting his judgement is fine. But this guy clearly has no judgement. He is holding an affair, texting while at work, and is jaded in every respect that has been made public.

"Then Mrs. Ohr got a Ham radio license! The NSA would be hard pressed to capture those conversations."

Some people are just stupid. Even after they've been told something, they just ignore it because they are incapable of learning.

Here's the deal: the NSA monitors and records EVERY FREAKING ELECTROMAGNETIC TRANSMISSION, WORLDWIDE.

Yes, the NSA records all HAM radio signals. Everywhere. All of the time. No exceptions.

People who want their *messages* hidden from the NSA use encryption.

So, what does a HAM radio give a spy? Just 1 thing.

A listener, who never transmits, remains hidden from the NSA.

This means that Nellie Ohr was broadcasting her encrypted HAM radio messages.

It means that the NSA heard and recorded her encrypted HAM radio signals.

... and it means that the NSA doesn't know who was listening.

That's the sinister part. Nellie Ohr, a CIA agent on the payroll of Fusion GPS... who is married to Bruce Ohr who worked against Trump...

...THAT Nellie Ohr was sending messages to someone hidden from the NSA.

“Sedition Act.... ...prosecutions are rare and difficult”

The “clowns” continue to ALL but write their own charge sheet.
Definition in Title-18 is clearly stated and limited in scope. True enough that use of the Sedition Act has been rare. In some measure I attribute that to democratic control of Congress in the 20th Century. No lawyer but my impression is that treason is the difficult charge to prove.
All that’s required to proceed with sedition charges is for appropriate authority to say “GET IT DID”. Difficulty lies in choosing who to charge and dealing with the near open rebellion sure to follow.
And I believe that Sessions is quietly aligning his ducks. He’ll only get one shot so stand-by for better days when he unloads as feathers will fly!

My regrets at being so windy.

He is definitely quiet...on the Imran Awan, Lois Lerner and associates, Fusion GPS and the FBI. In other words, quiet on anything important. He is so used to the glacial pace and non-responsibility of the Senate, that he will never get anything of importance done. He’s a major disappointment. I am of the idea that you don’t appoint anyone that is a member of Congress, they all pretty much suck.

The very reason we know about the text messages between Strzok and Page is because they were uncovered by the probe being conducted by DOJ Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz and his team.

Like it or not, that's how this thing work.

Jason Chaffetz said on Fox News that this is a preferred way to expose this entire matter.

The alternative is a special prosecutor and we know how that operates.

An IG has no power. He will investigate, write a report, and submit it. Job done. He is not a prosecuter. He has no power.

“I think we are headed toward espionage, treason and racketeering charges. For a lot of people.”

I think we are headed to nothing, with Ryan and McConnell along with Republican Senators, guaranteeing it.

You are totally correct. The IG has no power of any type. He does want to keep getting paid so he leaks a little here and there. Maybe he is disgusted by what he sees. IG still will not go against their own. It is a trap for gullible people to believe something is going to happen in a month or so. Meanwhile, Mueller and Co. will sit around and not disturb anything which may convict them. /s

Maybe SHE was primarily listening without broadcasting??? It would open a route for Steele and/or others to message to her and people in her personal network (FusionGPS, FBI and Dept of Justice, CIA, etc.) without being monitored by NSA. Why assume the info flow had to be outward on this?
