The capitalists are communists as far as I’m concerned and Tim Cook is a prime example.

Make your argument on the point about commercial versus private jets, but I don’t care because the Tim Cook’s of the world are tyrants as I see it.

Don’t you just love how all the Microsoft and Android fanbois pile on any Apple related thread full of righteous indignation about something Bill Gates or god knows Google is even worse about, but as far as them it’s just crickets? It’s as bad as Catholics pounding on England because they never got over that Henry VIII thing.

With Apple intentionally slowing down their I-Phones to force people into spending $1,000 to ‘upgrade’, it’s probably a good idea to separate him as much as possible from the public.

>>Tim Cook is a Globalist and Corporatist, a ruling elitist who wants a world without national borders and cheap labor pouring to wherever its needed.

Yep. In the world without borders or nations that Cook and his kind want, you can bet that the Corporations will still have badge access, security, gates, walls, extreme vetting, etc.

All airline CEOs should be forced to fly commercial and no first class either.

the risk of being over heard by interested parties or Apple’s future plans.

No CEO of a major corporation would discuss anything, or work on anything that is strategically proprietary or confidential in any public setting.

They know the value of keeping it behind closed doors.

If the company’s finances are that bad, then it sounds like Apple is going under.

Considering Apple has nearly $300 billion in cash and had net income of $48 billion last fiscal year, I don't think Apple is going under anytime soon lol

The stock is up 51% this year, if it’s going under you should short it.

...

I remember back when airlines were regulated, Eastern had private jets for their executives.

OTOH, Back in 1941 Eddie Rickenbacker was on a scheduled Eastern DC3 that crashed outside of Atlanta.

I suppose we could debate that, but the truth of the matter is that if Apple is paying then who cares? A private company can choose to spend it’s money any way it wants... just like a private citizen can. I get tired of people making judgments about how other people spend their money.

Big bump for telecommuting.

Corporations are wasting a fortune on needless travel.

Their boards of directors are part of the problem and not part of the solution.

Worse than Jobs?? Not possible. Jobs was both an asshole and a thief, not to business rivals, but to his closest business associate. I lived through the early PC era, and have not and will never buy an Apple product. The company reflects its founder.

Everyone makes a big deal of CEOs like they were irreplaceable or something. They’re not. In big corporations there is typically a pool of people who could do the job as well or better, but the one with the job is the one who is better at corporate politics. Frankly if I were an apple stockholder I’d like to see just what specific perks the top executives get compared to what they bring to the company.

No smart CEO would do that, you’re right. Smart CEO’s probably would have sought ways to make money from dimmed batteries too.
