Kris Kobach:Voter Fraud Commission Being Handed Off to DHS, Will No Longer Be ‘Stonewalled’ by Dems

Kansas Secretary of State and gubernatorial candidate Kris Kobach says the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity will be “handed off” to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to “more effectively” investigate voter fraud without being “stonewalled” by Democrats. In an interview with Breitbart News, Kobach said the news that President Trump is dissolving the voter fraud commission should not be grounds for leftist organizations and Democrats — who sought to stop the investigations into double voting and ballots cast by non-citizens — to celebrate, as the investigations will continue under DHS.

“What’s happening is a tactical shift where the mission of the commission is being handed off to Homeland Security without the stonewalling by Democrats,” Kobach told Breitbart News.

“I’ll be working closely with the White House and DHS to ensure the investigations continue,” Kobach continued.

This should be advertised to the point of saturation with the promise that voter fraud discovered will no longer get a slap on the wrist, but serious jail time.

Propose legislation demanding mandatory minimum 10 years prison for voter fraud. More where egregious, or for kingpins.

That ALONE will scare some away.

IIRC, the “commission” is disbanded / dissolved.

DHS can move forward.

The Democrats have identified which states have problems by throwing up the nasty roadblocks.

Well I’m definitely not familiar with the internal bureaucratic workings of DHS, but I can say that on the face of it, this is the right place for this function. What else would it be called when foreign interests and non-citizens can not just “influence” elections but directly sway them at the ballot box, then an attack on “homeland security”?

This morning on Hugh Hewitt show, Senator Lankford said the D’s held up hundreds of military officers promotions, have to be approved by the Senate, Democrats refused.

Exactly.

This is the first story that explains what’s really going on. MSM was spinning it as the investigation ended because they found nothing.

Too bad we don’t have free media in this country.

  1. Identify precincts where people who have died or moved somehow "voted"
  2. Compare the handwriting of their signatures with the handwriting of the poll workers
  3. Where they match, arrest the poll workers

Take the recent election in Alabama which has 67 counties.

The margin of victory by Jones was 21,924 (22,000 rounded).

If the fraudsters want to have 100 vote margin they must hit 220 precincts.

If they want a 500 vote margin, then only 44 precincts are targeted.

Clearly, fraud is possible and only takes a small group of highly motivated and focused team members.

I can identify the problem states:

California, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Virginia (felons can vote), Nevada for starters. Plus every dem controlled city in those states and outside of those states.

Virtually all states mandate some jail-time...usually a year to two years. Apparently, that doesn’t really scare folks (just a week in some county jail would be enough to scare me personally).

I think there are creative ways to handle this.

For example, go into major university towns and ask for the listing of out-of-state students, then draw the county into providing a listing of voters. Got any kid who is from out of state and voting in two states? Revoke his student loan deal.

Find a guy registered and voting in two counties or two states? Go after his property.

I’m not convinced it is a major problem but I do think in major cities like Detroit and Chicago...maybe two-percent of the votes are illegal. If that was true for the top fifty cities in America, then we’ve got a problem.

We have pure partisan propaganda spreading the daily DNC talking points and declaring itself the arbiter of TRUTH

When one considers the price paid for American citizens to enjoy the “one man, one vote” philosophy, the price for engaging in ANY activity that undermines that ability should be one that is equal.

Am I wrong?

Permanently disqualify any non citizens found to have illegally voted or voted more than once of ever attaining citizenship, voting rights, and forfeit state and federal benefits of any kind for life.
