I guess if you check out Conservative Treehouse on a daily basis you would get my point. I happen to agree with his thesis. Its just the constant attempt at making it appear new and newsworthy that offends me.

Yes, but I think the lack of desire of the senator comes from not being a representative from the state houses.
I think the framers knew what they were doing and
we screwed it up with the 17th Amendment.
