Governor Jerry Brown should have been arrested a long time ago.

And we the people will prosecute you via AG Sessions.

Wish it was true, JimRob, but Sessions is so sleepy!

The kalifornia crazies are just one step away from actually using force of arms to prevent the feds from arresting illegals. This is ludicrous. How can anybody of a reasonable mind still be living there?

So true. The safest way for ICE to pick up illegals is from the county jails when they are there for their monthly DUI / Domestic Violence / Drunk & Disorderly arrests.

The Mexifornia regime’s ethnic-loyalty-based shielding of these offenders means that ICE now has to pick up these guys on the streets or in their homes. That’s much more dangerous than a jail transfer of a searched and weapons-free inmate.

Isn’t there something somewhere about the use of threats or coercion to encourage someone to break the law? And under color of authority?

So now ICE will scan license plates in the parking lot and on the street nearby.

California will just shut down access to their DMV data base. Just like they already kicked ICE out of police stations.

Sounds like clear-cut, Obstruction of Justice...people hiding federal lawbreakers, and such.

So essentially - the AG of California has committed multiple federal crimes - extortion and cohersion to not cooperate with federal law enforcement and to blatantly violate federal immigration law. He could be indicted for this.

And this logic is from the same people on the left who said AZ’s laws were void because states had no right to set their own immigration polices.

“Did they even cut off any federal funding to this state? They just keep putting our money in this state? “

Well, Laura Ingram just had the head of ICE (Homan) on. California is in for a “treat!” I just want that little Beaner Beccara to get his tit in a wringer with the Feds.
He’s got an alligator mouth and a hummingbird a$$!

One step the feds should take immediately is to stop issuing visas and other authorizations for foreigners bound for California destinations. If California will not cooperate with immigration enforcement, then it is unsafe to trust them with foreign nationals.

So:

No more student visas for California colleges and universities. Goodbye MAJOR cash cow for those institutions. This will put some smaller colleges out of business.

No more temporary worker visas for CA companies. Tough beans Google, Facebook, Disney etc. No Indian software engineers on H1-b visas for you. And Ag business - yeah your temp farm workers on H2 visas aren’t coming either.

And of course, no immigrant visas for anyone wanting to join a family member whose “petition” shows a CA address.

And, if the visa shut off doesn’t have them squealing for mercy, then the coup de grace - no Visa Waiver “ESTA” authorizations for flights landing in California. Adios tourist industry.
