Black berries are left for security purposes. When Awan brothers spy ring started to become public, they apparently snagged the black berries. Ok. I don't know how I missed this. I vaguely recall attempts to let UAE and China to take over some American Ports, but didn't know it happened.

UAE was first proposed in during Bush Admin. IIRC, but couldn't get through. Obama got it through. Now we have Clinton/Obama collusion with Russia joining with UAE.
