The 302 is the form that agents use to report witness statements. McCabe allegedly had witnesses change there statements. The old 302 was then tossed. And a new one was filed as if the previous statements were no longer made.

That's the beauty of the FBI system of 302's. EVERYTHING depends on trust in the institution. It is a PERFECT grounds to run rampant corruption. The 302 says whatever the FBI wants it to say. And given the presumption of honesty granted to the FBI, this is a position of absolute power.

Of course, in the FBI, this power is never abused. Sure, mistakes might happen, but the "integrity of the institution" demands honesty.

We may already be at the point where any defense attorney in a Federal trial can stand up and credibly tell the jury that any testimony or evidence from the FBI should be dismissed as false on its face.

Funny you raise that point. I was pondering this just the other day as well. I do think this will be a silver lining for a lot of folks in the Fed pens... if I were there I would certainly take advantage of the opportunity.

I will be lifting President Trump up in prayer as he navigates thru this constitutional debacle. Because of the previous imposter president we had we are now in this mess. The draining of the swamp has begun and they will not go down the drain without a fight. PS: I am also stocking up.
