Do you really think there will be anyone left in the DOJ who will be able to keep a straight face while arguing in defense of the FBI?

Keep in mind that the end result here isn't to overturn convictions and let criminals out on the street. It's to vacate convictions and force the DOJ to prosecute the cases again either without the potentially tainted evidence, or with the defense team having the ability to question the accuracy of the evidence.

Damn right the courts would love the gravy train of thousands of new trials!

Well, if that happens - WHY would it be due to the memo being released?
Would not ANY attorney now claim that the “department heads at the FBI” were “prejudiced” and “committed felonies against my client”?

If the memos and records were NOT released, you could claim ANY FBI interview or criminal proceeding was untainted!

But if the memo and records WERE released in full, THEN you can show that the corruption was limited to this single case against Trump. NOT against any other common criminal the democrats hate!

Now, true, I know Shiff is arguing the claim you just made. Yeah, yeah.

But HE is the one covering up the release of ANY incriminating evidence, while conspiring with Dianne Feinstein to release ALL of the Global Fusion testimony in the clear before ANY other witnesses were sworn in testimony. That allows EVERY other democrat and every other co-conspirator to know the exactly what has been said ahead of time.

I think it may be she referred to FORM FD302. Do a search on FBI for 302. In the Bureau, I am told reports are called a 302

My point is the courts will (correctly) deal with it case by case. Defense has ALWAYS had the ability to challenge the evidence.

Again I say, the system is rigged, and rigged it will stay. The arrangement of presumptions is near immutable by now.

It would not be surprised if every person convicted of a Federal crime in the last few years with FBI testimony in the case has legitimate grounds to vacate their convictions and demand new trials.

Hannity just called it the biggest political scandal in American history. I’d call that an understatement.

Yeah. I'm not much for hype but I honestly can't think of anything remotely approaching this one. Teapot Dome? Peanuts. Watergate? Nixon got canned for trying to cover up a failed attempt to do a fraction of a percent of this. Unlike Nixon's Plumbers', this attempt succeeded, at least until it was found out. And the stakes were far higher.

There is another aspect to the scandalous nature of this thing, and it is the behavior of the media. Actively attempting to minimize, to temporize, to excuse, and to deny the plain facts at this point is a failure of mission quite as massive as the FBI's.

You can bet that every person who has been indicted or may be facing indictment in any matter related to the Mueller investigation already has a legal team that is preparing subpoenas for all of this material.

And here's the interesting part of it ...

The entire DOJ may now have its own massive conflict of interest because they may be in a position where they must drop criminal charges rather than allow the defense attorneys to get their hands on this information.
