If Rosenstein goes, who would Mueller report to?
Further, if anything Mueller thinks he has unearthed is due to corrupted FISA warrants, the whole investigation is fruit of the poisoned tree, and should be tossed. Who makes that decision?

What do we know about her? The quick Wiki info is that she was a Bush appointee who was then nominated by Trump. But that was also true of Rosenstein, who increasingly looks like a snake. Is she a straight shooter?
