I’m not concerned with who in justice is tasked with this. I just don’t think Trump would simply wing this on the hope that the American people will suddenly wake and understand these issues. It comes down to facts and crimes. Any lawyer can prepare a case. In fact the stronger the case the easier to prepare. This case is iron clad. The test here is does anyone in government have the courage (read that brass balls) to prosecute the case. Trump has the balls. he is not stupid enough to go to war against the deep state with a memo. He’s going to war with warrants and prosecutions IMHO
