Sessions is corrupt or compromised. No one can be this incompetent(well most government workers are incompetent but this sessions is ridiculously inept).

I agree not only has Sessions done nothing but has kept anything being done about the obvious FBI/FISA Court action to spy on a Presidential Candidate. his recusal is beyond convenient and sure as hell does not prevent him from appointing a SC from getting to the truth of what was done here. He’s comprised no doubt in my mind.
The Inspector General will be releasing a report on the FBI and DOJ, (both under Sessions) by April. At that time, he will move and probably move swiftly. He doesn’t need to move until then, and it will be better if he doesn’t. If he fires anyone or shuts down the Mueller investigation before the IG report, the optics will be that Trump is guilty of obstruction of justice. But the IG investigation started before President Trump was even elected. Any firings, prosecutions, or reorganizations that come about due to the IG report can’t be blamed on President Trump. The IG report will detail the corruption publically, and so what happens will be fully understood by the public to be justified.
Sessions did what he thought was ethical. The problem is he didn’t foresee Rosenstein running to appoint Mueller. At that point Sessions had taken himself out of it.

For the millionth time I’ll ask the Sessions haters; if he’s so bad why hasn’t Trump fired him? It’s been a year.
And if the Sessions haters answer is that Trump would love to fire him but his hands are tied - then who are they really saying is weak and ineffective?
And if that’s what they think then why do they pick on the AG? Sounds like it’s the POTUS they have a problem with.
If Trump wanted Sessions out he’d be out.
After all we’ve seen exposed over the past year, almost nothing nefarious is beyond believable.
The public is being asked to believe too much right now, and most of them are blithely believing too much. They actually think Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama are just normal politicians, good people who may not believe exactly like us but they mean well. I actually think there is MUCH MORE EVIDENCE to believe that, like Wile E Coyote, if you didn’t realize you were going off a cliff, you still have time to scrabble back over to the cliff from mid air.
Yep, I guess we have to trust Trump. He knows what Sessions is or is not doing. If he is not doing, I think there would’ve been a “You’re Fired!” Time will tell.
It's one thing to keep investigations confidential.
It's another thing to publically, under oath, under penalty of perjury, say that you were going to recuse yourself on all matters connected to Hillary. That's what Sessions did.

Things are being done. Investigation are being done by Congress and the IG. Prosecutions will start when Sessions and Rosenstein are deconfigured from the DOJ org chart.

Yes. Holt is beclowning himself and taking many along for the ride.
The real story is playing out behind the scenes. We have great assets in President Trump & his cabinets. No need to be involved in the Kabuki theatre, the Deep State is being unwound behind the smoke & mirrors.
So why does the IG have unlimited time to make a report? Has been investigating for years. Gave up some documents in Jan. ‘18. It does not take 4 months to write a report. just more fluff and bluster.
IG could write a bullett point report and get to the details later. It is not like there is a hurry!
