"The argument isn't libel based, libel isn't even a crime.

The indictment is based on a theory that any foreigner who spends money advocating in US elections (See Carlos Slim's NYT) is in violation of US criminal statutes."

Yes. And yet...

I believe they are in Russia because Rosenstein said they will start extradition proceedings.

Best chances are the feds sent anyone named in the indictment home on a charter jet with catering and $100K each under the condition they stay out of the U.S. and avoid all media.

The indictment is based on a theory that any foreigner who spends money advocating in US elections (See Carlos Slim's NYT) is in violation of US criminal statutes.

Does this mean that when the Guardian editorialized about the US presidential election and called Trump a "big meanie" that they've committed a felony?

That is exactly what Andrea was probably reaching for, as well.

However, those whom you name are not in trouble for colluding, but for pre-campaign business activities and with Flynn, for lying to the FBI, which is also separate from the Mueller investigation into Trump, as are the other examples.

Sessions was a sitting senator who met (along with his staff as witnesses) in his brief office meeting with a Russian pooh pah. Other senators met with him, as well.

Quietly awaiting Vicente Fox’s indictment.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
No major foreign political dignitaries will be indicted.
They are going after Russian bloggers because they STILL got nothing to use on Trump but they need to keep the machine rolling indefinitely.
Any organization is just like any living organism, it’s own survival is it’s primary motivation. The special counsel simply cannot and will not relent and and disband. It is contrary to it’s collective will and desire to operationally legitimize it’s own existence and continue to feed itself and function until it can finally nab the prize quarry.
The report....“From Russia With Money — Hillary Clinton, the Russian Reset and Cronyism”.....
raises serious questions about the cash connections between the Clintons and participants in Hillary's
State Department-era’s failed five-year effort to improve, or “reset,” US-Russia relations.
A Moscow-based Silicon Valley-styled developer of biomed, space, nuclear and IT technologies called “Skolkovo” — allegedly poured tens of millions of dollars into the Clinton Foundation.
Hillary Clinton was at the center of these efforts author Peter Schweizer argues. “Of the 28 US, European and Russian companies that participated in Skolkovo, 17 of them were Clinton Foundation donors” or sponsored speeches by former President Bill Clinton, Schweizer told The NY Post.
<><> Hillary presented the flawed "reset button" to Russia in 2009.
<><> Circa 2010--Ex-Pres Clinton is in Moscow having a laugh w/ Putin. Bill also got a 500,000 speaking fee in Moscow.
<><> A Jan 2014 document shows that Hillary's campaign chair, John Podesta, transferred more than 25,000 of 75,000 shares in a Russian company to Leonidio Holdings LLC, an address listed as his daughter Megan Rouse’s Shannon Court home in Dublin. Rouse operates Megan Rouse Financial Planning from that same address.
So while Hillary is running for president the Russians paid Bill $500,000 for a speech and gave millions to the Clinton Foundation, while the Clintons were unwitting participants in such fraud?
85% of NSA searches by Obama Were Illegal
Freedom Outpost ^ | 01-24-2018 | Tim Brown
FR Posted on 1/24/2018, 4:10:09 PM by ReformedMedia
In trudging through the FISA document that came to light on Tuesday, it was discovered that the National Security Agency had been illegally conducting searches on people in the US. The document has gone on to state that those illegal searches, which were conducted under Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah, mounted to a whopping 85% of the total searches involving US person indentifiers.
Section 702 data on US persons identifiers may be conducted if they are first “approved in accordance with [internal] NSA procedures, which must require a statement of facts establishing that the use of any such identifier as a selection term is reasonably likely to return foreign intelligence information.” The problem is that querying US persons without a warrant amounts to a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment, no matter what “internal NSA procedures” are followed.
The Fourth Amendment is crystal clear:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
On page 81, the FISA report pointed out that “In May and June 2016, NSA reported to oversight personnel in the ODNI and DOJ that, since approximately 2012, use of [redacted] to query communications in [redacted] had resulted in inadvertent violations of the above-described querying rules of Section 702 information.”
The NSA claims that “the violations resulted from analysts not recognizing the need to avoid querying datasets for which querying requirements were not satisfied or not understanding how to formulate [redacted] queries to exclude such datasets.” more at freedomoutpost.com ...
