There you have it.

This is why we have the 2nd amendment because, when push comes to shove, the police aren’t there to protect you. They’re doing a good job if they make a phone call.

If the JROTC in that school had actual rifles on school property (like the JROTC of old did) this wouldn’t have happened.

Some of the kids need to be armed (and paid with the Deputy’s salary/overtime/event pay.

If he set up a perimeter, how did the shooter get away? Not much of a perimeter.

When seconds count, a cop willing to do his job is only tens-of-minutes away......

I guess he did as good a job as the rest of the authorities who watched this on a 20 minute tape delay. Talk about the Keystone cops.

Clearly the cop was a liberal who votes for demo_rats. Liberals are horrible people.

He really does. If he hasn’t got a lawyer already he needs to get one fast . And the first thing a lawyer would tell him to do is to shut his pie hole.

Wait! Are you saying he was a policeman? A real one?

I thought he was just a security guard!

Setting up a perimeter means you radio to dispatch where OTHER responding units should set up, not that the primary officer has to be in all places at once.

I don't know what happened here, but what I said above is how it works. Whether he set up a perimeter or not is yet to be learned.
