Via the Free Beacon, I don’t get it. Why would a Democrat from Michigan be reluctant to admit his party’s obvious desire to ban– Oh, right. Right. I forgot. Let me give CNN a bit of credit here, on a day when my opinion of the network has never been lower. This is a question that should be asked of Democratic pols, not because it’s a gotcha but because there’s a genuine conflict between the party’s beliefs and its electoral aspirations. They need to claw back some ground with white working-class voters, particularly in purple states like Dan Kildee’s Michigan, which points towards a more moderate position on gun control. But there’s no denying that the party’s increasingly influential left wing wants, at a minimum, semiautomatic rifles banned, not just “assault weapons.” What’s a Democrat to do?

It’s time to ban Democrats and Progressives.
All of his, school shooting as the latest example, is not about guns per se.
It’s about letting a known deranged nut jobs with dozens of warning signs walk freely amoung the sane.
To let such a deranged nut job have a gun is, well, deranged.
I guess he also does not want to bother telling people that school related incidents have one major feature in common is that teachers even with military or law enforcement backgrounds with permits to carry are not allowed to do so on school property and coupled with poor police/security response time, ones like Cruz, Lanza, Klebold, and Harris had more than enough time to carry out their horrible acts even if they had ordinary single shot rifles or shotguns or hunting knives, let alone semi autos or handguns.

Uh... NO.
Three of the highest body counts in US mass school murder history does not include the AR-15, or any ‘assault weapon’ at all;
The Bath Michigan school bombing, the Texas Tower sniper (hunting rifle), and the Virginia Tech shooting (with just two handguns).
The point is that to ban any specific gun will do nothing but give the gun grabbers another opportunity when it happens again to incremental move to disarm us all of all guns, which is their main goal, even though they rarely admit it. Few are honest enough to admit it though... This is the issue in England/Scotland where they have reduced the ability to defend, or kill, to the point that cooking knifes will be banned. And of course the real solution, to arm people inside the school, is also unacceptable to the left. Idiots.
The other feature they have in common that is not being mentioned are the prescribed ‘anti-depressants’.
No problem, a story that need told.
